I did not make flashable zip as it may lead to bootloop due to improperflashing or corrupt download.
also due to probs faced by not mounting system while flashing Zips

note this will only work if your rom supports custom boot animations (if you have a bootanimation.zip file already in system/media then it does so just replace the file)
if not you need to first flash the custom boot animation enabler for stock roms which you can find

Yo Gaurav! Can you make the review and installation of CM9 Beta 2? I don't have time till 19th so I won't be able to do anything.

Hi everyone, this is a script I wrote up and made flashable. I have found this to simply be the easiest way of changing your boot animation in no time at all!
Instructions
1. Find the bootanimation of your choice, and make sure it's named bootanimation.zip
2. Place both the bootanimation.zip + BootChanger.zip on the root of your sdcard
3. Now there's two ways to install it:
A. Use rom manager to install rom from sdcard. Find BootChanger.zip and it will
reboot into recovery all on it's own. Personally I have found this to be the
easiest way.
B. Reboot into recovery manually and install from sdcard.
4. Enjoy
This script will only install bootanimation to the /data/local directory of your phone, and should work for most roms.

No problem at all bud
Just a little recovery-flashable ZIP that installs DSP Manager, taken directly from CM9 last nightly.
Working perfectly on Codename Android 2.0RC, testers for all other ROMs are welcome
Working only on GNex, because update-script inside the ZIP uses a fixed mount dev for OMAP4 SoC.
As usual, DO a nandroid backup BEFORE flashing this ZIP and of course, I'm not responsible for any damage done to your phone.
Happy Flashing
it seems the attached zip file is corrupted, would you please upload it again?
edited: seems most if not all attachments in xda aren't working correctly.
Can not open ZIP file
dspmanager zip is already out there in this section..was posted 2 months ago...
EDIT here
Can i use on aokp build 31

By the way, it's beautiful
Edit : It's a request, so don't take this the wrong way, not trying to be shameles here
I. Introduction:
This tutorial changes the .qmg boot animation format to .zip format. This allows you to use much more bootanimation design you want. Android uses a binary called bootanimation to run the bootanimations, and it is situated inside the system/bin folder, Samsung has modified this binary in order to get it working with .qmg files.
This has been tested on most Lollipop Samsung Devices
III. Requirements:
- Custom Recovery
- Nandroid Backup
- Rooted Device
III. Installation:
1. Download the attached file.
2. Download any desired bootanimation then flash it (if flashable) or push it manually in system/media (set permission to rw-r--r-- or 0644)
3. Flash the attached file via custom recovery.
4. Reboot
