Mountek Car Mount

Will this the note fit on this car mount ? it basically uses the CD Slot for mounting

Which Active car holder with rock case?

As per the title, I'm thinking brodit but I'm not sure there will be room for it with the rock cover on? Are there any other alternatives? Wondering if one with a removable charge cable exists so I can plug it in whenever it's needed. The bolt also looks interesting

How sturdy is the phone on that mount? And are you using that specific mount with the HTC One? Do you have a case on it.
I wonder if I should just order that or order something else from the RAM Mounts page directly

That's my quadlock I love it works wonders and never had an issue just thought you might like some pics

it's very sturdy. i ride at high speed over potholes and the phones has never fallen. if you upgrade your phone often, i would go this route as it will be compatible for almost any phone/case combo.
btw, if it helps, i also use the same mount on my scooter.

Yep.. will hold up to a galaxy s4 with a case.. it's fully adjustable

Interesting how you cut it out to fit the quadlock. I thought the cut was all the way through. So it's sticking to the inner part of the otterbox then?

In car & magnets

Hi all
I have just got my new 7 but have a question about using magnets with it.
I intend to be using the it in the car and will be building a fascia for it to sit in. It is not going to be permanently installed, it will be taken out when I leave the car so I would ideally like to use magnets to hold it in place. I understand the 7 has integrated magnets that are used for the wireless charging. How strong are these? The other alternative is to attach a thin metal plate to the back of the device and have magnets in the dash. Can you see any issues with this?
Anyone done anything similar?

I doubt the built in magnets would be strong enough to hold it securely.
