DATA bug not fixed for you?
Try replacing your framework-res.apk with the one in the attachments.
If that doesn't work then try this:
Open Settings
Go into network settings
Open service provider
It will search for operators
A list will appear
Select your service provider and BAM!
Enjoy network services

You need to connect to the network itself. And so it goes after each reset of the phone.

I like it so much. But it is android 2.3.7? cannot Jellybean? If Jellybean version then I can flash my Khmer language perfectly.

This is a source build rom, which includes all the latest changes from cm.
Instructions

Good news and bad news:
The good: The ROM boots, data works.
The bad: Camera and keyboard are broken. Settings also seem to hang.
Didn't get to test much of anything else due to the fact i cant sign in to the play store.

I was able to send and receive a few MMS but its not working after a reboot.
Should be a simple APN fix, right?
Not sure about GPS.
Could it be related to the phone not activating on initial boot? To refresh settings with Sprint or something to populate APN.

So far the rom is working great for me. I'm using Yank's kernel & I'm not seeing any problems. I don't know why you're having those problems man sorry to hear that.

Its all cool, might give it another shot later or wait for *** to update their ROM

BTW does this ROM have the "long press back to kill app" feature? That's pretty much a necessity to be since cm introduced it a couple of years back in gingerbread

Hey guys, I just finished building a pretty stable version of CarbonROM for the D851. I haven't been able to test everything, but the things I have tested seem to be working!
I am using PA GAPPS 4.4.4 and also flashed SuperSU v1.94 in recovery. Please let me know how the ROM runs and if anything is broken. Thanks Everyone!!
