Honeycomb theme - Work to be continued by rixsta

Since i am not in a position to devote time on this, rixsta , who creates NEONGT theme for SGSII has gratiously accepted my request to continue work on this. He will create a new thread for his theme. Wishing him all the very best.

This theme is based on Haxzamatic's excellent honeybread theme for CM7 with modifications by me.
First release for stock deodexed KF3 because that's what i use. It includes themed framework-res.apk, SystemUI.apk and Settings.apk. The theme includes CRT animation and Overscroll effect. Extended menu being worked on.
Releases for VR2.0 and Cognition roms are next. I have received permission from pulsar and DG to use their files for the theme. Thanks, guys.
Procedure
Usual procedure. Flash in cwm. Cache wipe is recommended.
Please note that it will overwrite your framework files, so if you have any doubt, ask before flashing. If you are on stock, you can flash with no problems.
Feedback is welcome. Since it being a first release, you many encounter issues. Post them here and i will try to sort it out.

I pressed the THANKS button instead of QUOTE.
Well, you dont need widgetlocker, but you need ripplelock.

I already have Honeycomb wallpapers but would like a Honeycomb lockscreen

Villain, Cognition, etc are on KG1, so do that first, otherwise this thread will be full of people requesting KG1...

Hi everybody,
have been given this excelent theme, available for Sony phones theme.
Yeah, its working on the Ace too, but there are some fixes to be made.
Biggest one is the statusbar, when pulled down, the symbols are active when inactive and vise versa. Definitly not that good thing
Beside that, some other things could be changed for better visibility.

For me this is the best white theme so far, cause its the first one making the menu white too!
So, here you find White S Theme and here my pics.

No, it wont work properly on all ROMs. For example, if you take framework from DXKT7 for theming, and a person using XWKT7 flashes the theme, then he will lose all 43 languages present in XWKT7 and will be left behind with just 6 or 7. Moreover, theming DDKQ8 isnt easy.

Not too heavy! I made it, it's working on cm 7.2
I must only root explorer!

I put my modified version of the theme. You can install and test yourself. I hope that AChep not be mad at me for it.

Hi,
Since I know nothing in theming I have a "little request". I don't want a whole theme but I would just a theme (with vrtheme? So it can be universal) for black background/black pop-up or at least the black pop-up (menu for the system, long press on screen, widget list, and some apps like for the black background). I know some apps uses their own background for example and not the system background but with the link below, actually all my apps have now a black background. I just miss the pop-ups...
I say "at least" because for the black background I use this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1688896&highlight=black+background but unfortunately the pop-up remains gray
I know there is some themes with black pop-up but these whole themes doesn't suits my needs and I don't know how to edit them to have just what I want...
A "all in one" black background/pop-up would be great
So if someone could do that I would be very grateful

Hi,
I have no doubt about that, therefore I request this to all the themer's
Because I have not any knowledge in this kind of mods... But here some themer's make a hell of a job for a whole theme, that's why I think just a black background/pop-up is softer. Maybe I'm wrong...

Nope, I figured it out. Sadly I cannot get VR theme to work with it, I manually replaced the images.
Do you know how to pull your framework of your current rom and send it to me?
Edit: nevermind, I had a brain fart. Here is the VR theme to black out pop ups and backgrounds.
Let me know if it works, it works on my device.

Sweet thanks dude. Flashed on mine running Paranoid Android 1.9.9, all look fine so far Just been trying totthink if ways to test the differentppop ups.
Thanks again man, I really should look at doing this stuff myself.

Thought I'd add some screen shots. Couldn't think of a way to get a middle pop up though :-/

All is fine with CheckROM EvoHD V4, just Play Store that has a white pop-up (just need inverted gapps for this if I remember right), other than that it's perfect for all that I have tested. Black bacground and black pop-up this is what I wanted, everything was gray is now black

Hi,
I'm not sure that it will work on Jelly Bean rom... It's not a whole theme, just black backgrounds and pop-ups. The blue icones from my screenshots come from another mod, just in case
You can try but Nandroid backup first
And just flash it via CMW.

Here. There should be some kind of indicators to show that data is being up/downloaded, normally in or by the signal bars. If they are there, they are not visible.

But, that is probably not what colors you were looking for...

I am trying to find a good 5 row keyboard also. For now, I am using Swiftkey Beta.

Well let's see. I asked Mr.Bola in the thread given in OP

Working fine here.
Just don't flash them.
Delete secontact-Osup.apk, & secphone.apk in /system/priv-app. Then put secontact, secteleservice, in there set p ermission.
Note put other file inCallui in system/app set permission. Reboot all done.

I didn't flash as flashing give bootloop due to framework2.jar change. I did exactly as you said but still no go

It is a great ROM I've been beta testing since before it was released to the public. I had some issues but pretty much got them all figured out and now it's my daily driver and battery life is GREAT!! only bug I have is SNote restarting when I try and create a new note.
