Are you doing wipes before flashing? Wipe/factory resets?
If you don't, the crap from the previous ROM is still there do that's why it's losing it's mind.

So you're phone is broke d#ck right now?
Try using ODIN and first this
I317UCUBMK6-TZ-PARAM.zip
From here http://d-h.st/CDK
Try flashing the tz only package first (in Odin), then the tz+param package to see if this gets your phone to boot. You may also need to boot recovery and do a factory reset.

It depends how hosed the phone is.
Next time phone gets stuck after you flash a ROM, pull battery, boot into recovery and factory reset/clear cache,
After you wait at least 3 minutes.
From me reading thru this thread. Sounds to me like you haven't tried TWRP recovery!!!
And sometimes flashing a Rom it gets stuck at the Samsung logo. You could have just tried dirty flashing the same Rom on top of what you just did. Usually helps most minor issues..
One other thing I notice is that your only doing a factory data reset. Which in turn isn't angrily erupting your whole system of everything. That was previously there from the other Rom flash!!
That's why we recommend writing your internal storage for a clean install.
But like @dicksteele told you!!
Make a back up then back that up on your PC...

Thanks for the quick reply! Through Odin, I've managed to hear the start tmobile sound but the screen stays black.
I'm not really sure what the problem is, but did you use the correct stock rom for Tmobile? And you did it through the download mode by holding down button, home, and power right? Just making sure it wasn't clockwork or twrp.

I am unable to access recovery.
If I could get to CWR I'd be okay.
I flashed an insecure boot and now it just stays at the glowing samsung logo.
That's one of the reasons flashing back to stock can be hard. Try flashing the stock image that is injected with a custom recovery (cwm I believe) found in the developers section.
Wiping during this operation is crucial so as not to get stuck in a boot loop

Thanks everyone, here's how I fixed it:
I flashed the stock rom without auto reboot and then pulled the battery.
Then, I flashed CWR without auto reboot and pulled the battery again.
After that, I could get into CWR so I flashed cm10 and a different google apps package than last time.
I don't have any cm10 bugs now. It would crash acore alot and stock apps like messaging wouldn't work.
Thanks for the help everyone, I'm set now.

How long did you wait for the stock to load? It takes longer then a custom Rom. Which stock Rom did you flash? Was your downloaded file corrupted? Try re-downloading the file making sure it is the proper t mobile, koodo or telus Rom. Hope this helps.

I don't find that impossible to believe...you're not very specific in the op. If your ROM is lagging you need to specify which ROM you're using...what did you wipe when flashing...what recovery version are you using...

I've been on XDA for sometime but this has me frustrated. My note 3 keeps rebooting over and over. It will show the Note III screen then the Samsung screen and then the white with pink T-Mobile screen. After several seconds...it starts to reboot this same manner over and over. Every once and a while it will boot up to lock screen. When I swipe the screen it says that the system is not responding. It asked me do I want to wait or cancel. Eventually it just reboots and starts the process over and over. I have tried odin maybe 50 times. Tried kies. It will load the odin tar stock rom and say successful but the rebooting just starts again. I've tried a stock kernel and I tried the green compusion kernel. Please, if you have the knowledge to help, I would be very grateful. I've flashed roms and odined bricked devices for years...but this one has me stuck....Thanks ahead of time. It will go into download mode fine. It will go into recovery fine as well.
I have read the other threads and post similar to this one but they haven't help up to this point and do not seem ti be active anymore.

Have you tried the complete restore function in Kies? Where you have to enter your Model & Serial number?
Using the stock downloaded from sammobile. And I have tried kies restor with the model and sn. It load perfectly on the phone just like odin but when the phone starts to boot up....it bootloops.
I just load the md5 file in PDA and hit start.

wouldn't know, hasn't happened to me yet. if there's one thing i've noticed with this stuff, is that it is very rare to permanently (although slightly possible via software/software-hardware conflicts) to brick a device unless you do something really stupid. i'm fairly confident that joe will get this working.
Thanks for all the confidence and the humor as well. Yeah, I've come close to bricking several devices. But usually with some great insight and help....they are "usually" restorable . Thanks guys. I'm downloading root de la vega files now...soon we shall see....

Ok, so I rooted my note 2 and installed the devil2 kernel, and dualboted it, in which in the primary ROM I had Stock TouchWiz 4.3 T-Mobile rooted ROM with xposed module installed, and I had accidentally hidden the SuperSU app in hide it pro and then it force closed and I rebooted the system which caused me to get stuck on boot, so I tried wiping data and reinstalling the same ROM but I got an
"error: I/O
error opening /data"
I get that on every recovery I use and every time I try to flash something or wipe data, I'm currently using omnirom 4.4.1 on the secondary ROM partition, but so far the primary ROM partition is unusable and I can't do anything, I was thinking re connecting to Odin and flashing the root .tar I used but idk, also read that a lot of people solved this by wiping internal and external storage, something I REALLY want to avoid...
Any suggestions? Please help, I really want to get the primary ROM partition working again, and my stock T-Mobile 4.3 update running, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance

Do you still have a custom recovery? Check to see if you can still get into it.
If so, clear out devlik cache, and format your partition.
If not, there was another thread about this in Q&A I think.

No need, as this is my condensed way that works every time.
Here is my steps...
Go into SuperSU and have it do a clean removal.
If triangle away is installed, go into triangle away and have it uninstall.
Go into settings and perform a factory reset.
Shut down.
If you have a custom recovery you can have it do a Format Partition, and Clear Devlik Cache to make sure things are wiped, and reboot into factory down loader.
If no custom recovery, start in factory down loader.
Use Odin 3.7 and the ROM posted in this thread.
You will then have a stock Note 8.0... once you boot and go through the settings, you will need to do a factory reset to make it clear everything for the new user to go through once they own it.
