I dont have my SGY, but i make it for GB! tested on HTC One V running JB 4.1.2
Steps:
Download here
Install it as normal app
Decompile your Settings.apk
Edit DeviceInfoSettings.smali
Replace
Lcom/android/internal/app/PlatLogoActivity

The theme is awesome! I install it on StockLite v3 and it works perfectly, only contacts don't work. It produces FC's. I found this bug in OMEGA ICS too.

Open this theme in ur WINDOWS with 7zip
go to system ... apps
remove
CONTACTS.apk
DIALERTABACTIVITY.apk (IF ITS DER)
PHONE.apk
den mount /system and reflash the theme

Just Push to System/app
Optional :
Flash via CWM : S4 Setting Flashabel
Note : before apply this mod, you must have services.jar with disable signature check

Disabling Sig check is very easy you must be on deodex though.

Hello everyone,
Want to get more performance and better free RAM on any ROM?
So here is what you should do.. ODEX THE ROM.
I've been searching for tutorials how to odex and tried a few but I faced boot loop ,but this guide is perfectly working ...
I've tested it on Carbon(4.4.4) and it will work on other ROMs too.
So head over to the guide

How to do?
Download the zip(available in the original thread) , install it from recovery.
Open terminal emulator(will be installed when you flash that zip)
Type odex .
It will show list of operations that can be performed.
Then select any one (better if you select all apps option )
Wait till it does its works
Reboot.

Turn on usb debugging mode
download adb tools
connect your device to pc (with debugging mod )
now enter to root folder of adb tools
there open command prompt (left shift+ mouse right click )
there paste this
Code:
adb logcat >log.txt
and then you will get log.txt send me that file bro
