hey I have a ATT NOTE 2 It is Currently Running The 4.3 DN3 Rom I was wondering which rom is the Best rom to use I am new to ALL of this... I would like to have a Stock rooted But any will do.... Just stable

It really comes down to what you like. ..
For stability...use the modded TW roms. ..
Check out the development section and try a few out...but read carefully before flashing okay?

Hey guys, sorry if I sound like a noob and all, but I was wondering if I could install the new Jellybeer ROM on my Note 2 for T-mobile. The development section for my device doesn't have any 4.2.x roms and I would love to try this one out. Originally, jellybeer had no modem so it could be installed on any LTE note but I'm not so sure about the 4.2 version. I was planning to just try flashing it and getting lucky, but I didn't want to risk it! Any help would be great :laugh:
What do I do. New to this rooted phone no problem. tried to flash new rom criskelo v22 took a while to open up kept looping. but up and running now. has no phone service. base band unkown. Help !

Just a question. .... Why did u install a rom that hasn't been relevant in over a year? Get on wifi if u can. Download a different rom. And flash that. Pick a rom with an active development thread. Don't pick one wayyyyyyy down at the bottom.
Try sky note 9.3 to get u started. Something 4.1.2. Don't start with a TW 4.3. If ur new. ... It's going to b a headache for u. Certain things u need to have working wifi and whatnot.

Fine, I guess I'll open it up first since I've been dying to ask this question but haven't for fear of getting flamed.
I'm currently on Wicked ROM v5 (Jellybean). I saw that evil1art recently released Wicked ROM v1 for KitKat.
So my stupid question is do I need to flash back to stock so that I'm running KitKat first and then flash Wicked ROM v1 for Kitkat? Or can I just flash Wicked ROM v1 even though I'm on Jellybean and by doing so it would automatically put me on KitKat?
My guess is I need to flash back to stock first.

Use Twrp 2.3.6.1, people say 2.3.6.2 doesn't work. Other than that you need to be on the 4.4.2 bootloader.

I've been looking to update the firmware to run the latest roms. I flashed 4.4.2 and haven't been in the rom scene for a few months. Suddenly none of the new roms. I just get a reset after the phone logs on to wifi. I have the SM-N900W and tried the BT/Wifi fix for 9005 roms.
Phantom ROM for Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100! [KitKat+Note 3/S5 Features] its seems like a good rom but no tmobile versions yet developers please help, infact i havnt come across any roms with note 3 spen features if any please post the link thank you :good:
In the Note 2 AT&T thread there are 2 great roms that have Note3 and S5 features! EzKat and DN3 have both features! Im running EzKat on my T889 and awesome! Check out original post and follow instructions completely :thumbup:

I have tmo note 2 and need advise on the best available ROM. I spent some time searching but couldn't make up my mind
Requirements are latest android (4.3 or higher) stable, fast, all working including wifi calling, mhl tv out , gps , wifi etc
any advise would be appreciated!!

S.W.A.R.M Rom is probably the latest T-Mobile Custom Rom. Im not sure if the Downloads are still available.
But...if you dont really need WiFi calling then you can try the Rom I released... its called Test Rom 1.2 nothing to fancy but its stable Test Rom 1.2 Link
Or you can flash DN3 found in the AT&T Development Thread.. or DN4 in the N7105 Development Thread (not to be confused with the N7100)
I'm using alliance rom,it's stable and it does have a lot of user options, i have tmo t889 and it's running really nice. Here is the link. Good luck.
