Grippy white battery cover

Just ordered a sgs2 and it appears that the back cover is smooth, the black phone has a better grippy, mesh like cover. Does Anyone know where I could get a white gritty cover? Thx

Go on ebay. There's plenty of different battery covers you can get. I found a white carbon fiber sticker to put on my white battery cover. It adds grip while looking awesome!

My sister just got her white galaxy s2 on Christmas Eve from the orange shop, and it has a white textured battery cover like the black one and a silver frame surround on the back.

can you please post a photo of these battery cover and show us that ?

As I said in my original post that is how the phone came from Orange UK.
The silver frame is the same part as the white phone, its just silver and has the Orange logo on it.
My sister said the girl at the Orange shop said they are the new stock, it comes with NFC enabled too.
I've no idea whether you can buy the housing from anywhere, I would love the textured white back too.

wow. that's news! so orange are doing a limited edition. I hate them. I have the original all black.

Moto G Hard case review : the cheap one

Many people prefer Trident or OtterBox cases, and they are right.
But that cost 20€+, and that was more than i could pay :

I have one of these on all my devices..very user friendly, can flip around and use the device while in the beltclip..very slim and light weight, and great protection..very easy to clip into your pocket, slide device out and use without the clip..or use device in the clip, propt in landscape or portrait mode, for watching movies also..I have had the Krakens and all those fancy / expensive cases..but I finally found my true love for a case..unless you work in construction, or heavy duty..this case is the perfect choice..

Recently bought Pink version for girlfriend's peregrine, will post a review soon :

l buy it in green
l buy that case in green color is very nice and thanks to this case my moto g still alive.
l buy it for 18 USD on a local store, here all the tech is very expensive and limited.

Is it the silicone that is green or the hard plastic?
Turned out that the pink is only paint on white plastic
i'll add a few more pics with case ageing ...

Same model of case only imagine the black soft silicone like green

it looks like give enough protection
but it seems makes the moto g look bulky

Gorgeous back cover

Just bought one of these for £2.99, it arrived in 2 days, and I got to say, it is beautiful. Feels so nice to use on my OPO. The picture really doesn't do it justice. I actually prefer it to the original sandstone touch.

Be careful with the generic back cover cases..
I ordered 2 cases similar to these, a red one and white one. The white one fits poorly so i sent it back. The red one fits nicely but after a week i took my phone out of the case and saw that it left red paint on the back of my sandstone black cover..GRRRR. So be warned about these cheap generic cases. I put tape on the inside of the case to prevent any more paint coming off onto my phone. This is my first 5.5" phone and i fumble it alot but only dropped it twice but these case will not prevent your phone from being chipped, as expected since it's not a full cover. I'm waiting for my new case which is a full shock protection case.

Doesn't look any different then the xtremeguard case that I bought for way cheaper.

LG G4 Leather Case for LG G3?

Hi guyz, just discovered that amazing G4 leather brown case! As both our device and the G4 will be similar in terms of form-factor, do you think the case will be compatible with our device? If not, is there a way to buy similar cases for our devices?(not the crappy leather cases easily findable on amazon )

They are not compatible. Look at the camera lens on G4, it's a bit larger. And from some what i've seen so far on the web(if the leeks are legit), even the back cover seems to be a little curved on G4. Also the back cover clips could be in different places.

I think they will be on ebay as soon as the G4 is released. There are already metal battery backs on ebay so i assume there will be leather backs in the future.

Well maybe they make a leather back since g4 is out . I bought one in black too (case) and i am satisfied.

Never mind, saw that it doesn't have a lip so it won't protect the front side at all
Looking for a case like this (very small, not adding much bulk) but which will also protect the front glass when laid down.

GadgetShieldz Skinnova for Sony Xperia Z3 Compact

Got my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact couple of months back and have got to say this is the size that exactly fits my needs. Have been searching for a perfect phone after my old Motorola Defy started giving up on. Switched to Moto G, Razr M and finally this.
The problem was the rear glass panel which I was afraid I would definitely put scratches on given my rough usage. Also the phone used to slip out of my sweaty palms. So got a Cruzerlite protection but it made my phone pretty bulky. While searching for other solutions I came across this beautiful product from GadgetShields called Skinnova. I had earlier bough full body protection for my Moto Defy and Moto G from GadgetShieldz, but had never seen full body skins earlier. Probably these were introduced recently. The reviews online on different forums were good but nobody had tried it on Z3C. Also I wanted carbon black skin which would look awesome but it was not available then. I finalized on Black leather skin though was not very happy about it. But then I decided to wait. What can I say. The wait was worth it. I saw the black carbon fiber skin listed on gadgetshieldz and without any further delay purchased it right away. Thanks to excellent shipping I received the product within 24 hours.
The application was very easy. The air-channel technology really makes it easy to apply this skin. No bubbles whatsoever. Also this being a colored skin, bubbles wouldn't have much difference unlike screen protector. The adhesive is high quality and the carbon fiber texture is excellent. The cutouts fit precisely. It didn't take me long to align the cutouts and fix the skin. I didn't apply the front skin as I though it would make this beautiful phone look ugly.
Phone tended to be a bit slippery on sides with skin. So after usage of about 2 weeks I thought of doing away with the side skin. The removal was completely residue free. Now I have only the rear skin on the phone. It definitely provides a good grip compared to the naked glossy rear glass. Would definitely recommend this product to any one looking for a good make over of their phone. Real pictures to follow soon.
