I know there's an app which will stream your iTunes media library from a PC to Android, but I've been unable to find one which will work for a Mac.
Does one exists?
I would love that

There is an app called mSpot which is exactly what your looking for
I know there are threads about this but has anyone found a definitive way to sync their iTunes playlist with their Nexus?
Seems like another great advantage of MTP. DoubleTwist, Easy Phone Tunes Plus, and Media Monkey have not worked for me.
Google Music has synced my library for me. I even have it in the cloud!

I wish they would support Lossless and all would be well! I'm too much of a nazi about my music quality for Google Music to be effective for me.
I have a upnp enabled nas and all the apps i have tried are able to find the nas and video but cant play anyone of it. All my nas videos are .avi or .xvid format. I even tried using the stock player but same thing finds my nas but doesn't play anything:mad
Any help appreciated

Im guessing nas is network attached storage.... I had the same issues going from my computer through dlna router to tv with those same type files.... it's because nothing had proper codecs... ended up installing divx codecs and allshare to fix it... don't know what your fix is, since its stored on external storage and i thought the s3 could play those files... but this search looks promising
Softmedia Player is what I used on the Samsung Vibrant for this purpose. I'll have the GS3 tonight and this will be one of the first things I'll be exploring. It's a bit overkill, but there is now an xbmc for android that I've tried on my wife's GS2. It works well and can use UPnP sources.

Softmedia Player is working well for me for UPnP. I also installed MX Video player as well and when Softmedia Player asks, I use MX to play the videos. MX uses hardware decoding where possible and otherwise reverts to software.
I'm looking for a music app that can access my dropbox account. I know about MusicDropNPlay and CloudAround, but these are cloud syncing apps with a music player built in. I want a music player with syncing abilities built in.
Worse case scenario, i can use emit or subsonic and stream from my htpc. But would prefer going the dropbox route.

I would like to play my music, photos and videos on my HTC and stream them to my Windows 10 viewing them on my computer. How do I do this?

You start Windows Media Player or any other Video/Music App that supports DLNA Playback and then press HTC Connect in Settings.

I did, and HTC shows the name of my PC in its Connect menu. But nothing happens?
