Google Now Launcher - Verizon HTC One (M7)

What's so special about it?
Sent from my HTC6500LVW using xda app-developers app

I think it's that 'Google Now' part.

Just being able to say "Ok Google" without having to touch any buttons is nice while driving.

Ah, so there's nothing actually special about it other than being able to talk to ur phone without hitting Google now app? I guess that's neat.. thanks for the info

Honestly, I'd love the Google now launcher IF I could apply an icon pack without having to use Xposed framework.

So that I could run ART and have custom icons... is that really too much to ask?

Or have that search bar feature on a Sense Rom...

Has there been any word about Xposed being updated to run on ART? I guess it might not happen until ART becomes the default runtime.

GEL also has a left most Google screen as well. Pretty flat thematically. I read an XDA article somewhere that said Robio was working on an ART version.

FYI, Nova Launcher just added "OK Google" voice support today:
http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/0...ta-and-the-ok-google-search-hotword-from-gel/

There is an "OK Google" Xposed mod that enables this functionality in any launcher and/or app.

[ICONS] Battery indicator 1% with animations (ROM basev1.28 - v1.29) update 3-5-2012

Hello everyone, I posted these icons battery with a scale to 1 percent. The work of the two original circular batteries come from JKai (XDA Mod of Galaxy), for the square battery, can not remember.
My work consisted of the transformation icons 36x36 to 50x50 or 50x53 pxl original as appropriate, to fit the HTC menu bar.
In the zip package you will find only the icons. These are just the icons and they should be pushed to /system/app/SystemUI.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi/.
The free use is permitted at all.
Remember to thank me if my work was useful to you.
Use in rooted ROM
looking good!
Gorgeous
Hi Vertigone the icon is awesome.
I used the blu version.
Does this work on rooted stock rom?
can the fng please get a walk-through?
thank you.
Sorry. Any chance this can become a flashable zip with the jellybean light blue accents on a circular battery notification?

there are some threads with JB compatible battery mods...just search in themes and apps...
Hahahahahhaa!!! I didn't even check the date, this threads link was posted on the viper Rom thread. To see if the battery could be used in the Rom as an option so I checked it out. Didn't realize it was old news rather than new lol. On my phone in the xda app so in my defense the dates aren't as prominently detailed as on the web browser Don't worry, I face palmed myself

[Request] Samsung Apps - Drive link

Article: Android Police - Samsung Apps Drive Link
For some reason, this app isn't available in the States, but can someone pull the APK?
http://www.multiupload.nl/SMXF1FQAUZ
anyone else try this or can confirm it work on our SGS?
Tried and starts up. Seems to work for all but the weather. That will only work if you have a TouchWiz based Rom with the Accuweather app installed.
yeah no weather, seems very buggy to me, navigation and music work so thats all i need. Hoping for a much better version soon.
Not sure how I feel about multiupload. One mirror has one file name another has something completely different.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda premium

Has anyone gotten this to autostart with a car dock?
Anyone have another link for it? Can't seem to get the link above to work with me.

Notification don't open inside games, like Fruit Ninja?

I can't open notification center in apps, i really miss that function, i'm using Codename Android 3.5, since i'm new to Android (coming for itrashOS) I just wanted to be able to pull down notification from any app, is that possible do I need to download something, is there an option on Android to enable it?
Thanks in advance.
There's an app called smart status bar I believe. I'll link you to it once I find it but I used it a lot on my SII.

Will JB AOKP theme run on JB AOSP

I have searched xda and engines for definitive answer but none is to be found. I have two S3s. On one I have a theme I really like running on JB AOKP ROM (Task) that I would also like to use on other one running JB AOSP (LiquidSmooth). I would install the theme but don't want to end up with endless reboot or softbrick or whatever. I know AOKP ROMs have more customization, but enough that there might be conflict with same theme on AOSP ROM?
AOKP is a type of AOSP rom.. yes it will work. It will also work with CM 10 roms.

No way in hell is a theme apk going to put your device in a bootloop. Look up tmobile theme engine. It's a feature than can be added to an aosp rom. Then see if your theme is for the tmobile theme engine

If you look it up, you'll get a way better understanding than if I just told you. Otherwise I'd have to write an essay to explain everything to you

I've seen references to T-mobile theme engine. I did some searching and came across links about it and theme chooser. I've used the theme chooser in ROM Manager Pro, which is how I found current theme. Not understanding how I am to determine if my theme is for T-mobile theme engine. Is it in settings for ROM? I'll be reading the thread you linked to while waiting for reply.

Then wait for the version using the Aroma installer. That way you can only install the navbar theme.
install xposed framework and then install an android l navigation bar module (there are a lot of them)
