What happened to the CM11 nightlies? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

Nothing has been released by CM for the jfltetmo since 2/17. Jflte has continued but nothing for T-Mobile specific models. Anyone know what's up?

Nightly is under jflte now not jfltetmo.

Having fun with it

Cool thanks. Somehow I missed that on the CM website.

A lot of ROMs that build for all the JFTLE devices merged like this. Thats' worth noting for the next person who finds this thread in a goodle searching while trying to figure it out. Even if you're not using CM, your ROM might be merged like this.

Toro gone from AOSP.

I just did a repo sync and all that is left in Samsung devices is maguro and tuna. Toro was removed. How can I get it back? I had just compiled my first aosp ROM bases on IMM76L.

Toro was removed months ago due to the CDMA chipset and copyrights from Qualcomm. Doesn't look like it will be added back.
Months ago? Weird I've been doing repo sync every few days and it was just removed today. How are devs building aosp roms with the latest releases. Proprietary binaries were not included so I don't know why that would be the reason.

CM10 Nightly builds

Can someone point me to the link to the new cm10 nightlies? I can't find them in goo manager or here. I see some Kangs, but I am looking for the actual builds by the cm build bot.
There aren't any yet. Be patient.
I thought there were. I saw something on google plus that they just merged some cm features into the latest build.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
Doesn't mean that there are builds available to public.
Please someone correct me, if I'm wrong.
Changes are being merged but the buildbot isn't currently building.
Check out fitsnugly's thread. He does a good job. Used his cherry picked Roms in my N1 days.

On Rom Manager go to "Download ROM". Look for "Burnsra". He is the CM9 developer for Sprint Gnex. Posted an experimental build with most things working.

[ROM] [JB43] [Linaro 4.8.3] AWESOME AUDIO ROM | HERCULES | AWESOME 1.8 GHz Kernel

Hey everyone,
I've been building these builds for a long time now. I started small and hardly had anything different from the original CM ROM when I started. Now I have CM with Pie and HALO as well as many other small tweaks. I used to focus on the Audio Aspect but now I care more about performance. We already have another CM based ROM that has Viper Audio so I'll just stick with DSP Based Awesome Beats. That was my classic setup so we'll stick with it. 4.3 Audio has never been as good as the 4.2.2 that I used to build unfortunately hence why my new focus is performance. For the record, I use Poweramp Pro now and I enjoy having the Equalizer built into the app. Works great!
Here is how my ROM differs from CM:
- My builds are ALL built with Linaro 4.8.3 for the ROM and Linaro 4.7.4 for the Kernel.
- BLUE THEMED ICON SET
- AWESOME 1.8 GHz Kernel (see here for more details)
- HALO ))) with extended Color options
- PIE Control (also with Color options)
- Modded Trebuchet from sgt7 github
- More Animation options (.25 and .75)
- Additional build.prop and init.d tweaks for better speed and sound.
- AWESOME BEATS
- Zero Lag!
- SONY WALKMAN (Optional)
- Consider Using Nova Launcher for additional speed
[DOWNLOAD LINKS]
All builds on DevDB which you can find by clicking here
Flashable bootanimation! - This is so you can replace the bootanimation after installing other kernels. All credit goes to @mhassan11x! He not only made the boot animation but he also made this flashable boot animation reinstall kit for us.
Flashable Walkman for use in other ROMs.
Other builds can be found at goo.im/devs/Cl3Kener
Installation instructions
1. For best results a FULL wipe is required. Please back up your ROM before you begin!!!
2. Download any of the above links and latest JB 4.3.x Gapps
3. Reboot into recovery with TWRP 2.6.1.0
4. Flash the ROM
5. Flash Gapps
6. Flash WALKMAN (Link above and it's optional)
7. Reboot
8. Install Trickster MOD from Play store so you can tweak the kernel settings the way you like. Performance menu works but does not allow you to tweak all options.
For an upgrade to newer version you can "dirty flash" although you will need to fix file permissions afterwards. I recommend using ROM Manager because it does the most thorough job!.

Re: [ROM] [CM10.1] [JB-4.2.2] [Unofficial] Tmo Galaxy S II Hercules
What's the difference between this and the official CM10.1 ROM? 4.2.2 has been merged officially in CM and AOKP.

I'm posting this because the latest nightly for Hercules is only 4.2.1. I've had a few requests through PM for this file and so I'm just putting it up for those that don't know how to build their own unofficial Cyanogenmods that are dying to try out 4.2.2. I also am working on uploading my new tweaked version for later today. Thank you though for making sure I was aware the the codes have finally been merged. I appreciate you keeping me for making an idiot of myself.

Thanks a lot man. I'm new like you to droids. Would love to learn how you compiled and what you used to do it. Noob to Linux, but a 15 year student of the PC. I don't want to impose but I'd love to earn my "recognized developer" title. Team up? I'd be starting from scratch. But my MCSE should come in handy for some things.

Thanks Cory! You're one of my xda idols. If I'd have known you were planning on posting more of you AWESOME MOD's but this time with CM10.1 as your base with 4.2.2 I wouldn't have started this thread.... Maybe I can still do some cool things here though until your thread goes live.
PJcastaldo said:
while its cool you learned to compile the builds. It just sucks when the forums get filled with people who say they got made this or that or got this to work... But really they are just building other peoples work.. Its annoying and can be confusing to some.
And are your the last nightly was still .1? Because AOKP went to .2 yesterday... Just seemed like a wasted effort.

I was unaware of AOKP going live yesterday although this is CM10.1 and I haven't seen a 4.2.2 nightly yet so until then hopefully someone can benefit from this thread....

I can show you what to do if you can find a way to install ubuntu on your computer. I'm using ubuntu 10.04 because it is fast and stable. I don't know anything about building in windows. I grew up using Red Hat Linux at home and so I've never really been much of a windows guy

I noticed that same question posted on the Cyanogenmod Facebook page recently and nobody seemed to have cared to respond. I assume like other Cyanogenmods they only change numbers if it's a completely new android version like 4.1 to 4.2 I think other smaller updates (like 4.2.1 to 4.2.2) don't count. I could be wrong though. Any other thoughts? Should I rename this thread?

Just sayin', it doesn't sound polite to request devs to take up responsibilities for ya... If you feel uncomfortable with slow updates / buggy builds / etc., just learn to build yourself (I already did, back when CM10.2 was just out)

Anyone know whats up with Slimbean / Slimkat for the S3?

Hey all,
I don't see any particular threads here for Slimbean or Slimkat so there doesn't appear to be a better place to try get information on these roms for the S3.
Here's the site link (for ref):
http://www.slimroms.net/index.php/downloads/dlsearch/viewcategory/408-d2att-d2tmo
Up until the release of Slimbean, I've had a flawless experience with Slimrom packs with all my Samsung devices, but the most current Kitkat versions seem to do nothing but explode and never work almost as if there's a kenneling issue.
I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about Slimroms having testing issues or reducing their compatibility for some devices.
I'm half worried I'm gonna have to start looking for a new set of roms for my devices =(.

That's actually the latest version I'm running (build 1738).
With SlimKat is the problem though. It seems like everything after this build explodes on the Galaxy S3.
I'll post in that thread and see if it gets some responses, but they've released several builds since this thread.
Yes I know they haven't updated the thread but there is people that post new links to the updates in the thread
