Image Sense on custom ROM's - HTC One X

Hello everyone. I'm running in circles about to install CM11/10.2 or be staying on stock 4.2.2. I like stock because it supports Image Sense, so I got much better quality of photos and I take them faster. But custom ROM's don't support Image Sense because of known causes. Can Image Sense be supported by custom ROM? Or maybe there're other custom ROM's which based on android higher 4.2 and support Image Sense?
Thanks

Only sense framework supports the imaging chip.
Cm is getting better at taking pictures of you mess with the settings a tad.

Thanks for the reply. So I think it'd be better to install cm. Waiting for the CM11 stable, or at least rc

I've read about an issue that the person I'm talking to may hear an echo. Also there's known proximity sensor issue. Have you noticed them? If not, I'm going to install it

I thought so, but I've already installed nightly from 28 feb, as treebill has. It really seems to be stable. Newer versions also may have new bugs just because it's nightly

I hope that they put everything they have into this!!

[18/5] Official MIUI v4 on it's way!

On Google Plus, the MIUI team stated that the official build of MIUI version 4 (ICS) will be released *THIS FRIDAY*!!!!!
Who else is excited? I am running the beta(ish) build, and it is absolutely amazing. There are some bugs here and their but I am sure they have been corrected. Can't wait!

As long as its good.....it was laggy and buggy as heck on the galaxy nexus. Was super surprised how beta-ish it was. Especially on the galaxy nexus which is pure android.

It's 100 % sense based since they have a working sense camera at least in beta which means sense under the hood

Damn I wish the CM team announced official support with CM9.

Not familiar with Cyanogenmod

I've been following the development of Cyanogenmod 9 and 10 with growing interest and with the roms growing ever nearer to completion I was wondering if someone could tell me what the advantages are of Cyanogenmod 9 & 10 (other than being Jelly Bean).
What exactly are the advantages of CM over the Stock HTC roms?
cyanogen is a mod that every one from a android newbie to Google Android creator's knows... in simple words it gives u experience of stock ics or jb as it shld and released by Google and without any useless stuffs or ui's that are forced into ur phone against ur wish by the manufacturer i hope now its clear? if u wanna know more ask ur friend Google. com

That's how far my knowledge already went, I guess what I'm trying to figure out is, how does it compare to stock HTC on the One V? Faster/More stable? Any features that the stock lacks?
It can he a bit fester, because its missing the bloatware and ofcause its Vater because cm10 runs JB . And in asome Roms there are New tweaks linke the statusbar control.

Yes, if Lloir and maxwen see that cm9 still needs another RC (Release Candidate) Then yes they will release another RC before Final.

Upgrading from leedroid am I better off without sense?

Hi all,
I have been using leedeoid for months now and I have become enamoured with.the idea that my phone would run better stripped of HTC sense.
Is this really the case?
Should I go for a miui or cynogen Rom?
the only thing I would miss is the sense radio and I hear that the radio app I used to use on my galaxy s will take its place perfectly.......
I use nova launcher now anyway....
Can anyone tell me if I would miss any other OS functionality that I'm not aware of that hasn't been replaced yet when I don't have sense based Rom?
Many thanks

Cyanogenmod 7.3

What's going to be new in cm7.3?
My guess is jellybean animations.
Few more devices.
Raft of new bug fixes.
Anything else?
Or just forget cm7.3 and use evolve jellybean?

There is no cm7.3 but cyanogenmod already announced cm7.x will carry on at a slower rate of development.
Just wondering where it will lead to.

keystroke logging in 7.2

As long as automatic keystroke logs can be read by every application, I personally prefer rather to wait for CM 7.3 than to install CM 7.2
Have a look at this:
code.google.com/p/cyanogenmod/issues/detail?id=4735
When I stumbled over this, I couldn't believe it
They didnt changed anything in the nightly builds since 9 weeks (18th Nov).... looks like they stop developing and 7.3 only will become a big Bugfix-Release.
edit: http://changelog.bbqdroid.org/#bravo/cm7/1353824529
I would love CM10 on Desire, but they dont make it
I have VJ's CM10-ROM (Android 4.1.2, V3.0), whichs is really nice (beside a few minor bugs).
My phone is much smoother and faster with CM10.... i really cant understand why they dont bring CM10 for Desire
maybe android 4 is best choice.
maybe cm7.2 is last release for 7.x.
so..

So, a link would be nice... as far as I know they dropped because of the hardware limitation of the Snapdrogen Gen. 1.
But its proven that CM10(.1) works well.

I have to agree with cm for dropping support.
The general hackiness has always kept me away from jb/cm10 I gave up after 2 weeks as games and the system in general are slower.
For example try jetpack joyride in gb then try it in jb/cm10.

Definitely no. Cyanogen team has moved on to 10.2.
If anyone claims CM7.3, it's his work of little tweaks here and there. Not officially supported.

The most stable 'unofficial' CM 10.1.3 for me is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2368911
The latest cm version is 10.2..
