Good Day Guys,
Please don't spam me with "Oh no, not another battery topic" I just happen to not see this type of brand. I am considering to buy extra battery and charger pack because my wife don't like to buy bulky extended batteries and I am the one using the power bank on my N4. Please help me on reviews on the following batteries. See below

3X 1900mAh Battery + Wall Charger For Google Samsung Galaxy Nexus Prime I9250
I kind of like the 3pcs battery pack but I think its just overkill to have too many of them. Anyawy, my questions are
Does this types of battery fit well on stock Galaxy Nexus Back Cover, without needing specially fitted back covers.
Does this type of battery have NFC support. I already asked the seller but I don't quite trust their words since they might just throw in random stuffs just to make a sale out of me.
To those who own this types, please leave a review on their quality.
Thanks a lot in advance.
I'm no expert but generic batteries like those at that price don't scream quality to me. You can get ripped off from Chinese battery makers as they can simply false advertise how much charge they put in the battery. You need to look elsewhere such as Anker, ZeroLemon, etc. Someone who takes pride in making batteries.

Thanks for the honest reply, dude. I know the downs on using such product but I'm considering this batteries and charger for its economic price and solely for backup only. I scold my wife for her frequent snap out and snap in actions back when I got multiple batteries from LG Optimus 3D, so I think this after market batteries would suffice.
Update: Sorry for again posting this kind of topic. I have refined the keywords to search from and it led me to this Topic from Accessories Thread - Aftermarket batteries for i9250 review

just google the title of the thread and ull find a couple of shop
seems kind of sketchy... i did a quick look around on it and can't really find anything about warrenty, returns or one single review :S personally i would not risk it. that's just imo.
What ever it is, the concept is nice. I would love to get such a cover if that really exists...cover + external batery with Off/On option is a great idea...
Look for 'EEB-U20BBUG' Samsungs original battery case for I9100.
Btw, this doesn't fit with the extended battery.

the samsung one is only 1300 mah...
but does it work with the extended 2000 mah battery
Hmmm ,I'm pretty sure I've seen one of those selling for about 25$ or something here in Baghdad.
I'm also pretty sure the capacity was around 1000 mah if the retailer is to be believed.
It looks Identical to this photo though ,with the power, button drawing my attention when I saw it.
Can't tell you anything about actual performance though as I'm already stuck with the over priced - under performing samsung 1300 mah power pack.
I don't think this is fake or capable of damaging the phone ,I've asked the retailer and he said that he tried it and that it's rather good ,and I don't think that he was lying either.
I dont think they have battery cover with that capacity... I found cases like that in ebay but the capacity are below 1650mAh
I'd definitely be interested in obe of those!
simple and great
a friend of me just bought this and it works awesome. its nice looking and battery is sooo much better
edit: its a bit different than on your picture
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/genuine-...0-extended-battery-power-pack-case-p28950.htm
mate ,this one is the original samsung power pack which is completely different.
I have this model and it sucks ,says up to 300 hrs standby ,when infact it will drain in about 8 hrs even when attached to a fully charged phone.
So tempted... but 54 quid is a fairly expensive solution to my battery woes.
As the title says, I'm looking to get a nice combination of bumper+mega battery.
I quite like the Sweet Armor posted at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1422752
I'm still very much open to suggestion regarding the battery, but I'm looking at http://www.momax.net/en/Product_Show.aspx?ID=1565&T=1
So yeah, I'm open to suggestion - size, weight and bulk are absolute NON-ISSUES. I like a big heavy phone for my big hands. They just gotta fit together.
Many thanks!
My recommendation is to buy the official Samsung extended battery.
The aftermarket ones tend to get hot, melt, explode and make the babbies cry.

I was kinda thinking the same after reading the reviews for the aftermarket batteries. Thanks!
Now, I have yet to get a definitive answer whether the sammy 2000mah battery fits in the Otterbox Commuter case. The case compatibility thread has some minor details, and a half-assed 'yes-maybe'. Pic of phone & case:

I'll see what else I can find. (XDA search is... lacking at best) Thanks again!
I've got a original samsung 2200mah battery
edit: seems to be afake battery, not that I expected something different for a clone galaxy s2 lol
i have just ordered this one http://www.flagshipfones.co.uk/batt...sung-galaxy-s-ii-s2-2600mah-cs-smi9100hl.html It should actually be here today, i hope it doesnt explode or i will cry!
Well, my extended battery arrived and i almost cried at the sheer size of the thing.... it's actually thicker than the actual device! WTF! the tatty back cover doesn't even fit properly! needless to say, the think will be getting returned! i think the official route will be the best one!!

I was skeptical about buying this due to how cheap it is, to anybody looking for a cheap alternative, this is for you.
Click HERE to view the battery on Amazon (UK)
I've seen people saying some batteries will not charge or that it's slow. This isn't, I've charged it a few times and it gets up to the 90%~ mark and remains neutral, it doesn't slow down whatsoever.
I completely forgot to screenshot my battery use after a solid 5 hour Final Fantasy 7 session with still 60%~ remaining.
The battery fit isn't great, it does fit in but it could be a lot better.
The extended case is cheap, it's made out of plastic and very hollow. With the added weight no doubt it would crack if dropped.
To sum up, the battery is well worth the price depending on use. I use it for playing games when I'm just chilling at my friends house, so here's for those who are wanting something for a similar use.
I had this battery, but it was less powerful than the original... weird.
Having used Anker batteries and travel chargers since my s2, i can safely say they can have my money any time, they make affordable but really great products. There batteries certainly last longer than stock.

If it was, you had a dud. I have this battery and it works great.
WOW, 4400 mAh are good. The only problem is the expansion cover..doesn't look very well
But with 4400 you will have more power of course

The problem with the cover I had is that nobody makes a case for it. I'm using a Q cell cover with mine.

I have this as well, the back covers they come with are not the best quality, and the battery is great, however it blocks the NFC capability. Ordered a Zerolemon 6300 Mah from Amazon a few days ago, should be here Thursday.
I'm looking to buy one for when i'm traveling to charge my phone/tablet and looking for suggestions on brands/models/etc. Probably don't really want to spend much more than ~$50 on one. Only requirements are that it isn't too big and bulky to not fit well in a laptop travel case. And the more mAh the better obviously. Thanks.

There are a lot of brands out there. Morphie seems to be one of people's top picks - probably because it looks super nice and marketed well. I personally have never own one and think it's a bit on the pricey side. I have a Ravpower one with 10,400 mah which was mentioned in this thread if you wanna take a look. Works great. Not heavy at all which was surprising. And can charge my nexus 7 about 2 times before i need to charge again. Think Ravpower have smaller ones too, but 10,400 might be their largest capacity charger.
These portable power chargers seems to be everywhere now. You can probably find some in stores too. Think I saw a low mAh one at Lowes the other day by either Duracell or Energizer, but these might not be best for heavy charging.
I just ordered 2 antec powerup 3000's apparently they have Panasonic batteries. I will report back!

9000mAh Portable Charger - charge 2 devices at once
There is a portable charger from Trident Case that allows you to charge 2 devices at once...one port is for small devices like a phone (1.0A) and the other is for larger devices like tablets (2.0A)...all you need is a USB plug to charge...it comes with a micro USB cable. It's originally $99 but they are having a sale through Feb. 18th

Hello i'm looking to buy new S2 ORIGINAL battery. Here are the photos of "Original Galaxy S2" battery, could this be original? does every single sign/thing has to be at the same spot and to be the same size as on the original battery to be so called "original"? Also what about Manufacture date that says "2015.6.26" do Samsung still produce s2 batteries? Thanks in advance.

It doesn't look original to me.
There are few of small dents and bumps on it and the finishing is too poor to be original.
I knew it... Well then i guess there is no original battery by SAMSUNG available anywhere in the world except the second-hand ones...

Here's my experience: if you really want a genuine samsung battery (which, for me, is unnecessary), the only place you'll find one is in a real samsung shop (if you buy a "genuine samsung battery" from ebay, it certainly WON'T be a genuine samsung battery). I've just bought a replacement battery from ebay which DID NOT say samsung on it (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111803700635) and it's excellent - it's as good as the original genuine samsung battery. Lesson learnt? Buy a battery which is NOT trying to pretend to be a samsung battery (all those that are trying to pretend to be genuine samsung batteries are fakes).
I have gone through a lot of genuine Galaxy S2 batteries and I do find the other batteries to be cheaper and better. This looks like a genuine Samsung battery to me. I have have seen maybe 10 genuine batteries that come with the S2 phone and they look like that. I have also seen fake ones they usually don't put too much effort into the graphic design
It's genuine, built in chinese factory for lower cost and of course it comes bulk and not in retail package.
Alright, thanks everybody.
I sorted this problem by getting the friend's S2 plus battery (apparently he broke the phone and gave me away his battery) basically inside they are the same, it is a bit thicker than S2's genuine and is carrying a nfc text... So far it's fitting and working fine on my S2.
