Can I dirty flash the ROM instead of clean flash everytime?
- You can dirty flash but if anything wrong happen, you must do a clean flash first to see if the problem still there before reporting anything here.
I'm on JB, how I install this ROM? I dont know where to start
- Follow these steps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52483656&postcount=2507
CloudyKernel? More info please
- It's stock kernel compiled using linaro toolchain. You can have the source here: https://www.lg.com/global/support/opensource/opensourceList?types=ALL&search=G2
I'm using LS/VS980 and I have some problem...
- Remember that you're using international base so you will have some minor bugs (your variant is CDMA specific). For exp you must use 3rd party app for MMS, visual roaming issue.
I dont have 4G/LTE option in network setting?
- Delete LteConfigs.apk in system\app (D802/5/6 only) then reboot.
LTE doesnt stick after reboot. How I fix that?
- Follow this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52021539&postcount=1688
Why my data network doesnt work? Or slow data connection?
- Please check your APN settings to see if it's up-to-dated yet. If you need to adjust it, remember to remind me about the new config so I can include them next release
Whenever I select ART runtime, the phone reboot and still using Dalvik?
- You're using Xposed and that's the problem. Xposed doesnt support ART at the moment, it will force your system running in Dalvik mode.

CS Transparent Weather

Tested the ROM before the Release, and here are some small facts:
- Downloading apps from the store is superfast (like "on the fly")
- Scrolling thru settings is without any lag
- Apps are opening very fast
-> Facebook first start: around 5 seconds
-> Tapatalk first start: 2 seconds
-> Camera first start: not even 1 second
-> Boot up: 12-14 seconds
That's my first impression and for me, best stockrom out there, it's like i'm having 4.4 already
Good job mate!

I installed on my D801 and I didn't have the setup problem, I let it sit for few minutes before starting the setup and restored all my apps and still smooth as butter without a single force close, I really love the black msg, menu and settings. Whats The Status Of The 4.4 Build?
ROM installs fine and boot up to the point where we can hear the Android system sound. However the system isn't viewable on the phone. Hopefully it will be here soon?
What Is The Difference Between This ROM and Others?
I used to own many Samsung devices and I am going for a Wanam ROM approach. We use a stock base and just keep adding add-ons and updates over the ROM instead of doing new builds. Also there will be a lot of flexibility with the ROM making it your one unique.
Why Is The ROM Odexed?
Well, I am glad you asked. My ROM's promise super stability and odexed Android systems are more stable and faster than deodexed ROM's. Yes you cannot edit deodexed pre-installed applications but I like my ROM's to be stock. All edits will be done when cooking the ROM.

This is a proper port of it. Its uploading right now. Yeah just wait lol. This is basically an english version standard with tweaks and edits to make it faster. But I will be adding a mod store and OTA to it. Im just making it work for all variants so Im just going through the list. Personally I do not think the homescreen is resized correctly from xhdpi to xxhdpi. I will resize that now but when this is uploaded let me know about the game problem I will look into it. I have not got a G2 now as I didn't like the 'requests' that came from many users so know I have an excuse not to develop anything . Once I release 4.4 with the other developers I am out.
Uploaded - Enjoy
Will the VZN version be in the op or are you going to post it in the verizon section? Can't wait to try it!
Hello and welcome to the unofficial thread for Baked Kit Kat 4.4.2 D802. Thought I would try and fill a gap here, I am a device maintainer for Team Baked on the LS980 (Sprint) but am also going to be contributing as device maintainer for the d800,d801,d802, eventually the international and d803 versions aswell. I WILL NOT be maintaining for the VS980 as Travis is maintaining that device already. I don't have this device so you guys are going to have to be my testers to make sure everything seems to be in working order.
How To Install:
Make A Nandroid Backup In Your Recovery
Wipe Data/System/Cache/DalvikCache
Install Rom
Install Gapps
Reboot
As I have asked in my other threads, please don't have 20 people reporting the same issues if there are any, it's just annoying!
Update: 2/2/2014 - After spending a few days sorting out issues, we come one step closer to finding a solution to our problems. I was having an issue with my test build getting through Setup Wizard but after noticing the problem, there should be no problem.
We simply just need to update out beta gapps is all.
A quick little change log for you guys for the 2/2/14 build:
A lot of stuff is always added so I won't always be able to set out the full list of changes
Navigation Button Color Picker Added
USB Tething Now Works (Thanks acardinal)
If you aren't updated with the T-mobile theme engine, we merged the fully themable phone dialer *Inverted*, Desk Clock, and Stock Email to source
If you need Gapps for now until we get ours up and released try these: http://goo.im/devs/bevigilant/pa-gapps/
NOTE: SOME OF THESE ISSUES ARE SUBJECT TO DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF THE LG G2 AND COULD BE AN ISSUE FOR ONE OR ALL OF
THEM, I CAN ONLY PROVIDE A CHANGE LOG FROM WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED FOR THE SPRINT LG G2 AKA LS980 BUT IF THESE WERE ISSUES ON YOUR DEVICE THEY SHOULD BE FIXED NOW ASWELL, IF NOT, CONTACT ME ASAP
Update (2/3)
Setup Wizard No Longer Force Closes After Skipping Activating Mobile Service
In About Phone Section Build Says 2/2 but it's really 2/3
If your internet doesn't work right away via the Play Store just do a reboot.
Known Issues
Have to select Language 2x in setup wizard
Carrier Settings causes a meltdown of force closes

To be a bit vague, this ROM is open source based off CyanogenMod with cherry picks from AOKP and features we want to add in general so you get the best of both worlds, it's a black inverted ROM for the most part (now black/gray/white for kit kat) gapps have not been inverted yet

Very goor rom and camera
Installed and all working fine.
Does this have a "tuned" camera , because I've installed the lg camera mod for kk roms , and the camera in this baked rom seems to take better photo's and focus quicker ?
TIP for Extended power options ("reboot to recovery" for example) :
Go to "developer options" in the settings (about phone > Push the "build number" a few times) and turn on "advanced reboot"
I've installed "pa gapps modular" and "lg keyboard for 4.4" and all working very good .
BTW : Is it possible to use "SuperSU" in next releases ?
Thanks for a rom with good camera and for a rom wich is smooth , fast and reliable

The only camera I have found to work better is Camera Zoom, I don't really recommend using pa gapps on this ROM because it could cause issues down the road. I believe in the past we had SuperSU but I think Travis changed it. I'm not sure if he will put it back or likes it the way it is. I too tried stock Lg Camera and a mod to the stock Lg Camera but for some reason some of the features force closed on the LS980 and I don't like the regular AOSP camera because my images come out blurry and I talked to Travis about this issue as well but since he doesn't have an issue with it on the Verizon G2 he is going to leave the AOSP camera

Just installed this rom, everything seems stable so far. Going to try Bluetooth later as that always seems to be buggy in most roms. Great work so far!
I'll try it tomorrow. Does it have a music and video player built into the rom ?
This is a great rom but is there anyway to change the recent app clear position?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
In my opinion, this is definitely one of the better kit kat ROMs. It is fast and paired with BMS kernel, has really good battery life.

You could use GravityBox via Xposed Installer. I use it with SlimKat since that Rom doesn't include a clear all button. GravityBox will allow you to position it where you wish. I haven't flashed this Rom, but if it doesn't allow you to turn off the clear all button, then you're likely to have two of them in your recent apps screen.

I totally agree. I'm shocked this thread is only two pages. This ROM flies! I assume you are using the BMS 3.4 for kitkat...When I install it, it just goes into an endless bootloop. Did you have to do anything extra to flash it?
I use the 12/9 version because that is the only version that doesn't give me fits with the bluetooth. I installed it when I installed the ROM without exiting TWRP.

That shouldn't make a difference. Try to install a different Kernel and then the latest BMS one after the other and see if that allows you to boot up. I have done that in the past when I had WiFi issues.

In my opinion, this is definitely one of the better kit kat ROMs. It is fast and paired with BMS kernel, has really good battery life.

I get great better life with stock kernel. My only issue with this rom is that no blue tooth controls work in my car while every other 4.4 roms seem just fine.
I might give bms a try before I ditch this rom for another. Besides my alarm, I need blue tooth functions to work in my car.

I understand that too. Thats why I use the 12/9 version of BMS. Bluetooth works for me fine on that version with any KitKat Rom I have tried.

I got BMS 12/9 up and running...thanks. Now I think I have a gallery issue, I can't select any wallpapers. Each time I select one, gallery FC's.

I'm on JB, how I install this ROM? I dont know where to start
- Follow these steps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52483656&postcount=2507
CloudyKernel? More info please
- It's stock kernel compiled using linaro toolchain. You can have the source here: https://www.lg.com/global/support/opensource/opensourceList?types=ALL&search=G2
I'm using LS/VS980 and I have some problem...
- Remember that you're using international base for LS/VS980 so you will have some minor bugs. You must use 3rd party app for MMS and follow this guide to have Data option enabled.
I cant use brightness slider after checking "Auto".
- On KitKat you cant use the brightness slider after checking "Auto" (but still can use it a bit when you have more light)
I have LTE issue. How I fix that?
- Follow this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52021539&postcount=1688
Why my data network doesnt work?
- Please check your APN settings and reconfig it.
I got GApps fc every reboot.
- That's a known issue of SwiftKey
I got random reboot and freezing.
- That's a known issue of Facebook beta (and maybe some more apps, need time to figure them out)
Xposed not working on this ROM.
- Get latest version here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
QRemote laking database?
- You can easily change it to fit what you need following this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51130411&postcount=1541

G-Flex Swing Lockscreen??
Quick question as I've read the last 6 pages of the cwm forum linked in the OP. I know I need to use it, I'm on TWRP already on PowerUser V2.1 so I have kitkat and recovery. Do I just flash the linked cwm for d800, which is what I have, from TWRP, I kept reading about loki'd and not loki'd cwm.....
Got it, that was a lot of reading for a simple process.

it is 100% stock UI mate
Been running this rom since this morning. Very smooth and fast like many of the other roms. What stands out is the snappiness. Very impressed. I am running the kernel that came with the rom. No FC's as of yet.

we have tested the ROM for like a week and no FC's at all!
worshiprom ROMs are created in a goal to have 100% stock rom with some tweaks and more Debloat and we certainly take care to have absolutely no FC's or system and functionnality problems. so yeah it should be fast and snappy
