Hi, my grandfather bought an Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 from United states, and he wants farsi support on it, I've been searching and found out that on united state devices more locals cannot bring farsi support back, so I'm in need of a rom with farsi support (official 4.2.2. would be great)

There is really no Farsi support on the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1/Note 10.1 2014 Edition (GT-P5210/SM-P600), as you can see here.

I think you should send it to Samsung for repair or buy another Galaxy in bad condition or bricked somewhere online like eBay.
