Can't get to recovery mode

I have rooted my n7100 note 2 and I have supersu and the apps working fine but in the root process it didn't install cmw recovery so i can't get to recovery mode every time I try ( holding volume up home and power ) it get me to the samsung GT-n7100 screen then the screen flashes and nothing happens and after a minuet or something the phone shut down what should i do

Get mobile odin app and flash cwm recovery through it

so there is no need to unroot and root again right

no. root access is intact. just use mobile odin to flash cwm recovery. Or try a custom kernel with cwm recovery

Not able to root 7100

Am trying to root my note 2 but nor rooting
I flashed philz recovery then root zip didnt worked
Then tried with cf autoroot
Flash tht with odin if also didnt worked
Still dont getting the super user app
Anyone help me out
Dont give noob advice
My rom is stock DMG1 stock with stock recovery

well in case of philz recovery flash were u sucessful in getting philz recovery if not did u noticed this lines in ketan thread
Note :
normally, phone should auto-reboot into recovery.
If it reboots into android and your recovery remains stock, repeat above steps and untick "autoreboot" in odin. Once flash is done, keep pressing power button until it reboots (normally will go to recovery)
when in recovery, if you choose option "reboot system now" and you get "yes - disable flash recovery", select that option to avoid stock recovery overwriting cwm
make sure usb debugging enabled on phone and disable anti virus .

I did get recovery not the root after flashing zip as dr. Ketan said

Just flash the pack again and this time download the files from galaxynote2root.com and make sure you have 4.2.2 stock rom.

what about exynos abuse if not then try with mskip toolkit hope u have usb debuging enabled before flashing

I flashed a old stock and got successfully rooted and recovery
Flashed miui now and the problem is I am not getting the signal
Only emergency

Is tour imei corrupt. Check if it starts with 0049 because if so then its corrupt.

well u have downgraded your moedm and kernel which has resulted in Imei corrrupt if u have a efs restore or best take it to service center instead messing it up as there are ways but its better to throw your tension to service people now

Sorry but without a backup, you are screwed I had a similar problem when I flashed Crash ROM but I didn't want to screw it up more so I just sent it into repair. I had it back within 3 weeks.

You can't enable the usb debugging while your phone is bricked but without it you can flash the stock rom!!!

Download the official firmware for your device based on country/carrier from Sammobiles.com
Go to download mode and flash using Odin from a pc

If u can go to the Recovery U Can flash the ROM (if u have a ROM in Ext SD card) or Backup ROM and it will be Recovered....
OR ELSE
IF U CAN GO TO DOWNLOAD MODE THEN DO THIS
DOWNLOAD official firmware from Samsung Official Firmware Link Is Here http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-I9082
Steps :
1) Download The firmware for u r region from that link (Approx 1.0GB)
2) Download The Odin 3.04 or Odin 3.07
3) Keep The default settings what are ther when u open.
4) Click On PDA button and select the biggest file ~1.0GB
6) Press VOL DOWN+POWER+MENU and then press continue.
5) Click START button.
6) Wait till it shows PASS
7) Boot to stock recovery do a factory reset (Optional but Recommended)

Did you able to go in recovery ?
If yes, then flesh you ROM there
If no, so download Windroid toolkot or skipsoft android toolkit and flesh your recovery.

I dont hav pc at the moment . My phn was starting in boot loop some days ago but now it is not starting . It starts when i put it in charge but in bootloop only. I hav aan xtra phone . Plx help if yu understood my prblm...

[Q] firmware upgrade encountered

I've tried flashing with Odin the MJ5 bootloader. Also, I've tried flashing the wifi fix supplied from Dr.Ketan, again with no success. In one of those attempts flashing failed, as indicated by Odin. Now all I get is this warning: "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies & try again."
Can't do anything else, no recovery and no download mode. Help?! :/

On which rom were you, when you flashed the bootloader via odin.?

I was on official ROM andriod 4.3. I tried to root using dr.ketan post of MJ5BLPatch.tar to fix KNOX app of samsung.
but when run odin for this MJ5BLPatch.tar it failed

I think you should flash the oficial 4.3 bootloader again.. but i am not sure..
BTW, after you fix this, try chainfire auto-root and not the bootloader patch to root the device

I flashed again the 4.3 andriod rom from India. It started and i think i cannot downgrade back now.
i will stick with 4.3. but i want to root it.
I try to go to download mode, but it does not come instead, it andriod system recovery mode comes every time instead.
it shows option like
-reboot
-apply update from ADB
-apply update from external card
how to i get into download mode

The button combo for download mode is volume_down+power_key+home_key

Well I deleted my internal storage card

Accidently deleted my internal storage and have no os on my phone so I reverted back to stock via Odin and then the update hit and my phone got stuck in a boot loop and I can't boot into recovery. I tried doing the Odin nothing I tried flashing cwm and twpr recovery via Odin now I'm stuck in a boot loop anyone have any ideas on what I can try ?

Thanks I figured it out shortly after I posted this sorry thanks for the reply ... If someone could tell tell me how I disable the security so that I can use SU that be great don't remember having the problem when I rooted in the past

Check what version of supersu you are running. If it's not 1.94, go to play store and update.
After its updates run it, a window will pop up. Say yes to disable knox
