Please help - Kindle Fire Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've read the Faqs, topics, and looked every where but no where does anyone know what my issue is, so i was hoping someone might know here
Everything i use breakdroid, and do the step by step rooting for the kindle, it wont let me get past step 1 because it's unable to flash to new bootloarder
Attached is the picture and the error message "fail opening shift: no such file or directory" i don't understand what to do to prevent this error message
Also, i've tried breakdroid 0.6.7 and 0.6.4

Welcome to Sony. Reboot your comp and if it still doesn't show up then god knows.
Have you got latest version of flashtool installed?
Not near my pc, but am sure theres the option to browse for the ftf file in flashtool? Just make sure source folder is pointed to the firmware folder your ftf is in and flash.

@OP
Thank you for making the Rom.
Tried few times to install it to no avail.
Every time hangs on M logo.
While installing, the fastboot.exe stopped working
with this error: invalid sparse file format at header magi
Any thoughts?
Thank you.

Thank you for replying.
Yup to unlock, No to drivers. I presumed I already have the 360 drivers.
I'd try the drivers and report back.
Thanks.
Is it possible to have a fully working android rom on the watch but modified to fit the round screen? Not android wear I mean proper full android lollipop.

Are you certain your jigg cable is working 100%?
In an effort to get more people able to root their watches or install my custom ROM, I'm building a 3d printed connector for the Moto 360 instead of using the hacked together jigg. I'm trying to finish it up this week and will have them on sale either this weekend or sometime next week.

just select "Do not show next time" and allow it...You won't be bothered anymore...Although i am not sure why is the app asking for permission...Have u denied any permission to the app or sumthin coz it should not ask u to grant permission for this...
I tried all the combinations and nothing changed. Still popping up. Same happens when Im taking picture with Facebook messenger, every time asks me if it can use the camera.
That's weird, I've never seen that before on my phone. Is that a built in Android thing or is it one of the Asus bloatware apps?

Perhaps its that antivirus that Asus included. I uninstalled that right away, as it let me do so.
What antivirus?! I didnt install any of that crap. I found that this happens on zenfone 5 and there is a fix for that.
EDIT. What is the latest firmware? System update tells me is the latest version installed but I thing it isnt.
EDIT 2. Yep there is a newer version available. Ill try to install it and see if its happening again

[Q] ADB Error:closed after commands

After I flashed a ROM (a dev official rom since my device has a locked bootloader), now I cannot flash anything else.
I get the 'error:closed' message whenever I try to adb sideload, or adb tcp, or adb usb.
Since my phone is bootlooped I cannot unlock the bootloader or try other things outside adb.
Has anyone ever faced this kind of error?

Have you tried using Ubuntu and regular adb or something?
If you can't change anything on the phone start changing the way you try to fix it with the PC.
Maybe the linux adb will force it to work or something.
Sorry no specific answer but could be worth a try. If you have the determination there is a chance to fix it.
Your absolute last option is EDL with the test point on the inside of the phone. If you can't send it back to the seller its better to have a phone with a broken seal on the back (just repair it yourself after) than a fully assembled paper weight
