BE will not work after BL unlock.
CustomRom not possible without BL unlock.
Thats all.

just u should backup ur DRM keys befor unlocking .. cuz unlocking will lose ur keys forever .. so if u backup it u can relock ur bootloader by restore the keys only ^_^

Wjere can i find them?

You can flash any stock based roms like dark forest without unlocking the bootloader. You will have to pay certain people on the forums to unlock your bootloader but it can be done. You pay them for the credits used in the unlocking process.
Ok thanks for that info. So you cant flash kernels until you unlock bootloader huh

Yes there are a couple. Search and you will find them. Bin4ry's method and a prerooted CWM flashable rom are two of the ways to do it with locked bootloader.
Will I lose Sony warranty after rooting and not unlocking bootloader

Only LT15 can unlock, lt18 have different CPU, so same procedure does not work, can not sign bootloader free.
