[Q] Call on SIM2 automatically getting forwarded - Galaxy Grand Duos i9082 Q&A, Help & Troubleshootin

My galaxy grand duos was working fine till 2 days ago.
Since last two days it has been forwarding all calls coming on SIM2 to SIM1, even when the phone is not busy.
When I restarted the phone, this problem went away? Any pointers on what might be wrong?

You might had activated dual sim always ON, and you might have entered the numbers of two sims when asked by the phone, but its weird it went away after restart

"Can't be completed as dialed" using Tmobile prepaid

Hey guys, I picked up a T-mobile galaxy S3 over black friday, and have been trying to use it with wifi calling for the past few days. Here is what is happening: I updated to 4.1.1 as soon as I opened the package. I setup the phone and then tried wifi calling. It worked the fiirst call, but later when I put dial in the number, within 1-2 seconds I get a "Your call cannot completed as dailed" message. I couldn't even dial 611 for customer care, but I could call my voicemail.... So after talking to customer service, I was told a new sim card would likely fix the problem, so I went to a T-mo store and got a new sim. They tested it once there, and it worked for the first call. I got home and it was doing the same thing as before, telling me my call couldn't be completed as dialed. On a whim, I put my wife's postpaid T-mobile sim card into the S3, and lo and behold, it worked, every time, flawlessly. I switched my prepaid sim back into the phone and it reverted back to not working again. I called up T-mo and talked to someone who finally referred my case to some engineers, but its been 3 days and I haven't heard back.
If I lived in a place with a good T-mobile signal, I wouldn't care, but I get less than 1 bar, and my data is edge, so I kind of need wifi calling. I've noticed when first booting up with my prepaid sim, I sometimes get the Reg99 cannot connect erorr, and the Err01 "Invalid certificate" error. But then the wifi calling later shows connected with a blue phone symbol saying it is ready to make calls.
I can sometimes receive calls over the wifi, but I can never make calls, only to my voicemail. I find it odd though that my wife's postpaid sim works just fine, every time, but my prepaid doesn't. Even though they are both the latest sim model number TM9190 or whatever.
If anyone has any ideas or solutions to this, please let me know.

I'm guessing my issue is a very rare one. I don't really see Nything else on the forums about it. Anyone have any guesses? Or anything I can test.

im having a problem with sim 2 on my note 3 neo duos the sim 2 just turns off and on by itself and the phone didnt fall down or anything this started to happen all of a sudden. can anyone please help???

Try formating your phone once.. if the problem is still there take it to the service center..
Also check the network coverage in your area..

Also having same problem with sim2 slot on my Note3 Neo Duos. Sim2 used to be work, then started going off, but a restart usually fixed it. Now hasn't worked for at about 2 days - restarted many times but still not working.

I thought I had a problem with my sim. So I swapped them and now again the sim that was earlier working fine in sim 1 slot has stopped working in sim 2's slot. What should I do ?
Sim 1 stops working when I switch on the second sim in my note 3 neo. Please guide How to fix the issue.

[Q] Unable to make Voice Calls

Hi,
I'm facing a strange issue with my 9 month old Redmi 1S since last 2 days. Whenever I dial a number the call immediately disconnects and all I see is "Call Ended Not Connected".
I'm using 2 Sims, Airtel in slot 1 & Bsnl CellOne in slot 2. First I thought that maybe its a Network Issue but when I tried both the sims in a different handset, I was able to make calls. I tried an Aircel sim in 1S as well but same problem.
And yes I'm able to receive calls, 3G is working fine but can't make Voice Calls. The OS version was JH45 and I didn't update as I was waiting for Kitkat/Lollipop ROM. But last night I updated my phone to latest JH 56.0 assuming that it will solve the issue but the problem still persists.
Also, someone advised me to clear system cache from recovery which I did but still its the same.
Hoping to find some solution from the members here.

T-Mo Advanced Calling issues . . .

Hey guys,
I got a problem that recently started on my Pixel 2 XL. I am using my unlocked Panda on T-Mobile. I have had no problems at all since I got it. But, here recently I started having problems with the HD calling. I can not make calls to my wife (T-Mo Note 8). Its very curious. I can call anyone else with HD calling on but my wife. When I call her, it will ring once then hang up. The call with go through to her phone and see will see the incoming call for one ring then it is gone. What really throws me off is that she can call me with hd voice and I can have it on and it works no problem. Only when I call her with HD voice do I have a problem. I have tried a lot of things. I will list them below:
1. Reset my network settings
2. Reset her network settings
3. Factory reset my phone (April 2018, 8.1)
4. Try WiFi HD call, works, just not HD calling over LTE
5. Swap sim cards (Swapped her note 8 sim with mine. Her sim calling from my Pixel to her note still not working)
At this point I'm just confused. It worked fine before so what gives now? The only thing I can think is that she did get an update to Oreo 8.0 at the beginning of the month. I think it may have started around then. I can still call my brother with HD calling, on same plan, with LG V20. So what do you all think?
Most I can gather is it may be an issue software wise with my phone or hers. As a temporary fix, I have disabled advanced calling on my phone and all is good. If you all have any ideas or theories let me know! Until then, I will be waiting for a system update to hopefully fix.

VOLTE keeps on disappearing

Hi Guys,
My phone is on 9.0.3. I am using only 1 jio sim in phone. It works fine but in a day the volte sign disappears multiple times for about 40-60 seconds and then it comes back at it's own. During this period I am not able to make or receive calls but the internet works. I have another jio sim in my Galaxy phone and it works fine. Tried this sim in the other one and it works fine. Contacted jio, they checked the settings and told me to get in touch with op as everything is fine from their side. Any help?
