- no usb (no fastboot/flashboot mode & sdcard mode)

That thing right there,is the 0% battery issue.
U need to flash the respective kernel and then install bazoocaze's apk.
And if fastboot and flashmode are not working..then it would be better to visit any repair shop.
it is possible to put a new kernel in the sdcard an install from it??

The easyer way is to flash the new kernel (boot.img) using fastboot:
Code:
fastboot.exe flash boot boot.img
thanks bazoo
i know how to flash but the problem is the phone is recognized as an "unknow device"
usb doesn't work in all mode (fastboot/flashboot/storage)
i already try to reflash it but the device is not recognized
and i have no problems with drivers because i use them last week before the problems comes
For me it looks like damaged USB port... Try other computer mayby
i tried on another pc and it's exactly the same problem
the light is blue when i plug the phone on flash mode
but i can't install the driver
hardware log : error code 43
someone can tell me what is excatly the problem
kernel corrupted?
firmware?
hardware?

I don't think so, I had that the first time flashing ROMs. Charging / restarting the phone fixed that problem. Just so you know, 1% is not 0%. Though it might be the 0% battery issue.
Anyways, that does sound like a damaged USB port. Probably better to send it repair.

Did you install 'PC Companion' on your PC ??
some news!
after few days of non-using this fu**in phone
i recharged it via pc and the battery logo appears!!
i start it and i seen real 60% battery!
but he don't want to finish to charge now (in off or on mode)
and the battery logo dont appears again in off mode
and the battery logo doesn't appear anymore in off mode
I used PC Companion to update my Sony Xperia Arc S to ICS (Official Sony update). The update did not complete and showed an error. When I tried turning on my phone, it displays the Sony logo, followed by the image of a phone with an exclamation symbol next to it. Then the phone goes blank. I even tried removing the battery and putting it back. Also tried charging my phone. The same thing happens. I don't know what to do. Please help guys. I'm scared that I won't be able to revive my phone!
Flash an .431 firmware through flashtool on you arc and it will be fixed

If your bootloader is locked then you can try using seus (dont use pc companion it always fails for me too) and dont panic its only soft brick and easily recoverable. By the way there is fix for hard brick too.
And if you are on unlocked bl then you cannot update using seus, flash ftf file via flashtool or use patch for it

Did You selected to install fastboot, flashmode and Xperia Arc drivers in "Flashtool Drivers Setup"? (C:\Flashtool\drivers\Flashtool-drivers.exe)..I would suggest trying to reinstall your drivers by going to (C:\Flashtool\drivers\Flashtool-drivers.exe) running the exe file and make sure you scroll to the bottom of menu that appears and ticking fastboot, flashmode drivers, some people forget to do this and of course ticking Xperia Arc drivers..

ok let's try to find the file of that driver, which rom wr u using ??
don't mean to be a bearer of bad news, but your phone is hard bricked. Meaning no software will get you out of that. The driver you mentioned is the universal, you screwed something up driver. Youll need JTAG repair

if ur still in warranty then the easiest way is to let samsung fix it for u
My point is there there isn't a software solution . Your phone won't boot into anything. that's why software isn't a solution. You need JTag. a usb jig MAY solve it, but that's the only option short of JTag

you can try another way beside jtag without using any software..
1. pull out the battery
2. plug the charger/usb charge on pc/laptop
3. hold the vol. down-menu-power(same thing like you do to get to download menu)
4. while you hold those three buttons put the battery again (make sure that you still hold those three buttons)
5. after you put in the battery, download menu will show up (now you can use odin to install which stock rom you like)

im in the business of unbricking phones. QPST has nothing to do with the phone's operating system. Heimdall needs your phone to be partly functional ( download mode) . Odin, same thing. Have you found any drivers yet? You need drivers to talk to your phone at all.

With what did you try to upgrade and how? It seems your update has gone wrong, as you state, it got terminated in the middle? Probably if you connect through fastboot, or flashtool for windows, you can put in a new kernel and the rom. It seems your phones kernel is broken too. It should be fine once you install a new kernel and rom.
For how to do that please look at one of the tutorials here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2320872
Hope it'll work out for you.

Hey guys , my xperia m ( single sim ) is stuck on the sony logo whenever i try to boot it up.
I rooted my phone many months and it was perfect till this morning and then suddenly it got stuck at the sony logo.
Ive tried to fix it via the pc companion but it doesnt detect it . Now the battery has also run out so when i try to charge it , it shows the led for charging but then the sony logo comes up on its on and stays stuck there. Please help =(
That is a simple soft-brick/bootloop (depending on who you ask, I'd say bootloop).
Charge the phone for a couple of hours and then flash stock firmware with flashtool. To do this you will need to download the stock firmware ftf (these can ALL be found in the general section, don't ask for links) and also flashtool (http://www.flashtool.net/downloads.php). Move the ftf to the firmware folder to where you extracted flashtool to (the C: is the best bet).
Once you have both of those things and your phone has charge in it open flashtool. Then click on the lightning bolt icon and then flashmode. Select the firmware you have downloaded.
UNTICK Wipe cache and data.
Click flash.
Wait for flashtool to tell you to connect your phone in flashmode (do this by holding volume down (I think) while the phone is off and you are connecting the USB cable).
Wait for the firmware to finish flashing.
If you get an error saying that loader.sin has finished processing with errors open the ftf with WinRar (or something similar) and delete the loader.sin file and make sure that you save the changes to the ftf.
If you are still stuck on the Sony logo after flashing, remove your battery and then put it back in and try to turn on the device again. If you are still stuck on the Sony logo after that you will have to wipe the cache and data with flashtool.
Try sony pc companian support

Flashtool will definitely detect it, don't worry. PC Companion needs the phone to actually be booted to be able to detect it, whereas flashtool only needs the phone to be in either fastboot mode or flash mode to detect it. Both of these modes are initiated by the user when they are plugging in the USB cable and holding the respective volume button and the phone is off.

Any stock firmware to the device will work, so it can be any of the 4.1.2 variants or and of the 4.3 variants (4.2 is for dual SIM). And don't worry about being a noob, all of us were at one point or another.

When you are flashing a firmware be sure to keep the cable firmly connected throughout the entire process (use a different cable if the one you already have is a bit loose) and don't mess with the phone at all. Can you post the whole log you got from flashtool? Either in text form or through a screenshot?
