I have note 3 and s note there is very fast..but it sucks on onote 10.1 2014... is there any way around. ?... is it better on any of custom roms available.

nope. nexus 4 had lte radio but it was disabled. Galaxy Nexus only has HSPA+ radio.

Nexus 4 has the hybrid radio because it supports LTE Band 4 by nature, even if it's sold as a non-LTE phone. Galaxy Nexus GSM version only supports 21Mbps HSPA+ at most, and Verizon and Sprint's variants aren't compatible with GSM by nature. Give it up.
