[APP][Port]New Gallery Note Working S2 (Improved Overlap Text Album) 08/09/2012

As the tittle says i played a little with Note files and i managed to make work new Gallery From Note...
Flash CWM file in Recovery (You will lose old Gallery, but win a new one)
Tested in 4.0.4 XWLPT Light By TugaPower TEAM 1.3
Happy flashes

IT WAS THE [email protected]@@@IN ODEX FILE !!! i managed to open the old gallery3d only after deleting the odex file in system app ... force closed gallery3d once myself now working fine ...

Sometimes its related to Recovery, just reboot Recovery and zip file its good and will install fine...

I installed it anyways onto my SGS2 XWLPT stock odexed and it worked flawlessly!

Hi guys, I have been having problem using ported keyboard of S4 and Note3 for my S3 so I decided to port myself from the leaked Note2 4.3.
This should work for everyone both stock and custom roms.
#1 rule before flashing "Be sure to Backup your ROM first"
Just download the file and Flash through your Custom Recovery

I guessing no, i have tried past sammy keyboards push to cm's none works.
But you are to try though, just be sure to do nandroid backup.
It's always good to experiment, you may learn something..

Only one small thing....
The "update - script" is not good.
The strings:
"ui_print("Backing up old camera..");"
And:
" ui_print(" TIPS : in case you want to revert back to your ");
ui_print("old camera just flash Restore.zip");
Should say "keyboard" in staid "camera".

Its a good lesson for you to do always a NANDROID BEFORE FLASHING.
And read the thread's next time carefully as it says "4.3" and your on 4.1.2.
Search in "theme and apps" for a flashabbel 4.1.2 keyboard.
There's plenty of them around.

You could delete the files, find a root explorer of your choice.
Go to /system/app
delete "ResourceManager.apk" and "SamsungIME.apk"
rename "SamsungIME.apk.bak" to "SamsungIME.apk"
rename "SamsungIME.odex.bak" to "SamsungIME.odex"
set the permissions to "644"

As always before flashing anything we should always do nandroid backup first.

Just delete all said file, it is intended for deodex rom so *.odex will not work with it.

Works Perfectly on XXUGMK6 NeatROM v6.1 Aroma (4.3).

i flashed the zip you put up but it doesn't look like the one you have on the screenshot. i'm missing the punctuations above the letters and long pressing doesn't do anything. is there a setting i need to get to to enable those?

1: You should be running 4.2.2+
2: If you're on KitKat Rom then S-Health going to work too, If any app doesn't work so tell me I'll try to fix.
Good news! These apps are working and tested on:

Samsung Galaxy S3 (Must be running latest firmware)
Low Devices:
Samsung Galaxy Core
Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2
Samsung Galaxy Ace (Must be running Cyanogenmod 11 Rom)
Samsung Galaxy Y (Must be running Cyanogenmod 11 Rom)
I can't tell more, but you can try it on every Samsung device but must not be running Ice Cream Sandwich or Gingerbread.

There is no galaxy s5 mini yet
And if you mean galaxy s5 rom, nothing I'm aware of (only s5 theme I think)

I can say i will make an s5 rom for the s4 mini i9192 as i have it ... and for the other variants i will just need a prerooted cwm kk rom and it will be there thanks to folks here ... i already done it with 4.2.2 but i shall wait until all variants get kitkat then i shall release ...will have all s5 things and apps ported (since its kk ) hopefully

I've read that some apps may need to modify the layout and I'll be harder but I can give you Pre-rooted zip if you want

No !! you can port the app even if its xhdpi ... i used a note 2 ported snote on my previous s2 and all it has was xhdpi textures ... its all about the layout and styles xml's

im making a fully s5 themed rom and its 99.9% done for i9192 but u cant port s5 kk rom to our s4 mini like that we dont even have the devs to do that

of course but for the i9192 ... other variants i will see the latest firmware and do my thing on them i9190/i9195 but i cant say that i will do them as i dunno if i can download both firmwares its 110kbps here in egypt screw this sh``t

can you mod the s5 widget? for mini?

S5 Mini is already available here, cost 449 euros
its a SM-G800F model, what disappoints me is only 1.4 GBs of RAM

Incase something goes wrong or if you want to return to previous pattern of animations you have to dirty flash your rom while wiping only cache and delvik cache

Hey what are these flanker animations? As no preview available can anybody give a glimpse of it?

i did use it on archidroid 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 it should work on archidroid cm version.
it might not work on archidroid 1.7 series 4.3 roms
