I want to know how to do these manipulations step by step knowing that I am a beginner

Unless you search before asking, you will get fewer answers.
Unless you carefully read & study the procedures for your phone, you will endanger its continued use.
There is a thread this forum which might answer your question, since it has the same title, but begins with [GUIDE].
Search that one (& other similar threads) for '747m' to see if your question was already answered.
Thank you for so clearly stating your question. If you read something which your searches don't make clear please continue asking.

If you didn't find the guide you didn't look...
If you did look it wasn't hard enough, slow down and read EVERYTHING you can.
It is very easy to do something wrong and ruin your phone, that's why you need to read, I won't spoon feed you, you must do it yourself.
It is in the stickies section, in a browser it is up towards the top of the page( perhaps in the general section) and in the xda App look towards the top on the thread name page you will see a tab that says stickies you should look there.

There is no better advice than what Theramsey just wrote.
I searched the thread I was indicating ... |Guide|How-To| Root & Install Custom Recovery for 4.3 Update |22 Nov 2013| ... & did not find a post until I searched again by eye.
Read & understand the procedures in post #1 (OP), then on page 18 read Jeliez post & the reply.
Without reading the stickies as advised you will not be well informed to adopt a method you can control. We encourage you to read because 99.9% it is already written here.

Does your phone have any warranty? Depending on how you root, you may trip the Knox counter and void your warranty.

[Question] Multiple questions about bootloader and network locked

First of all hello everybody
Since this is my first post and im semi noob il try to be as explicit as I can.
I personaly own an lt15i so I have some xp.
A friend of mine gave me his arc in order to root/instal custom rom etc.
-network locked on Orange Romania.
- seems to be not unlockable (bootloader I mean) since I have no Rooting Status section in the service menu.
-2.3.3 Version update dosnt work (via phone or pc companion,it says it has the latest version )
- baseband version 7X30A-AAABQMAZM-1290_21-29
Kernel 2.6.32.9-pref [email protected]#1
Last Section (About compiling smth, its not in english and i forgot its name)
3.0.1.A.0.150
I need to get it to ICS.
What can be done?
The phone is not rooted, its in perfect state and it only has some apps instaled from the market (player etc).Except that its as new as you buy it.
Would rooting resolve the issue?
Would network unlocking?
Any ideas, sugestions or anything else would greatly be apreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Not a very good first post it has to be said. Read the stickys, read them again and once more after that. Then ask any questions still remaining on the relevant threads.

I do not understand this attitude around here,no offence but an answer would of take you less time to write.
I read all the stiky's (except for the themes forum and accesories ) and did not find any helpfull information. Been googling and forum searching the issue for about 4 hours. If you are willing to manualy read 100+ reply's with 1% change of finding helpfull information please be my guest (I used topic search duh)
I might be retarded but : No unlocked bootloader no kernel instal,no kernel instal no ics since its gb kernel. No official update for my phone and I suspect it might be network related.. A simple yes or no answer is hard to get in this days... Anyway thank you for your reply and helpfull information
People get such replies off me when they've clearly showed no initiative. You say you've searched, read the stickys etc but everyone says that despite the fact the fact most of the answers can be found in the stickys.
I've got nothing against People asking questions but when new threads are started on a daily basis asking about things that have been answered or discussed many many times over it gets annoying after a while, and if like you say you've found nothing relating to rooting or unlocking the boot loader that's helpful in 4 hours, then god only knows what you've been searching for.
Also, click on the first and last link in my signature.

Ok I might be an idiot.
So basicly the answer is no, maybe this was a retarded topic since SE says
In your phone, tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with the next step. If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.

I thought that could be done if somthing on the phone changed,I guess the answer is no but I dont see any logic in this, wouldnt expect anyone to explain anyway.
Let me rephrase my question then,as a noob user as I am.
Why cant I OFFICIALY UPDATE the phone since ICS is actually released for this phone? If I am again that retarded that I did not find an answer on this forum or via google,I swear to god Il get a nokia 1100 and leave this forum for ever.
Just pick a ftf from the sticky in general and flash it with the flashtool, much easier than waiting, and you'd have to ask Sony why they've not yet released it.

Thank you dear sir! As far as I read I tought I needed to change the kernel in order to get ICS which is impossible.
If you had said that in the begining I would not wasted so much time and now I know more. Instead of mini raging with all that blabla like in the video. I did not honestly know anything about those ftf files,Im guessing they also update the kernel. Honestly I would of never had thought of searching for something like this.

I'll not mention that you've said you were "googling and forum searching the issue for about 4 hours". Yes they flash the kernel too, and to unlock the boot loader you can use the S1 Tool, the link to it is in my guide (see sig), which I assume you will surely have read, at least skimmed through it.

So you have managed to unlock the boot loader and flash the ROM and Kernel? Thanks for compliment, it used to be a sticky but I asked for it to be removed as I wasn't updating it much, but try and keep it up to date these days.

A few tips-
1) Change your thread title to something a bit more descriptive. The one and only reason someone's going to read your thread is sheer, morbid curiosity/boredom.
2) Punctuation is your friend. Disoriented rambling is not. As written, your post is painful and confusing to read.
The bottom line is, if you want help, you have to be willing and able to make it easy for those in a position to provide you with assistance to do so.
Now then, as best I can tell, you want to learn how to root and flash a rom? Coincidentally, there just happens to be a stickied thread at the top of this forum that has a step by step guide for what you're looking to do. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1828635

Soon to be first time Rooter

I own a T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (SGH-T999L). I would like to root it for tasker. And other cool things I here about it. I looked up techzilla and found this web page. I looked for phone and provider (T-mobile) and here is where my snag is. On this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-t-mobile In bold I see T999. I have T999L. I don't know if the video method on the lower portion of the page would work in my favor. Please help thank you.
Easiest method is to use root66, its prerooted firmware and there is a section for the t999l, I believe in the general thread, if not just search and you will find it
Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
Welcome to the club! The root66 firmware serio22 mentioned is in Android Development. Easiest way to find it though is in my firmware thread which is stickied at the top of that section (and linked in my sig). You can download the firmware there but if you want to check out the original thread (recommended) by mrRobinson, just click on the root66 heading in my thread.
Tip: make sure you check out all the sticky threads in each section. There is a lot of great info in them that will help you get started! As with anything here, try to get as far as you can on your own, but if you get stuck or are unsure of something and can't find an answer by searching, feel free to ask. There are several folks here who are always happy to help, so long as you are willing to first try to help yourself!
Good luck and have fun!!!

[Q] verizon m7 sense 6 update caused root failure on weaksauce plz halp me justincase

What's going on xda? I wanted to post this in the developer forum, so that possibly Ya know, a developer would see it and read it but the site said "no" so I have to post here. I had my phone rooted with weaksauce I was gonna go all out and unlock the boot loader and s-off but weaksauce made it so easy to have root access I was pretty satisfied with just that for a little while at least. Then I got an update Download from Verizon. I pressed where it said update now. I was curious. I'm sorry, anyway now I have the Verizon version of sense 6.0 and weaksauce shows me root failure when it runs. It's been like this for quite some time now and I've been searching around for any info on it but I'm the only person who has made a post about it so far. Other people also have this problem, I made a post on android forums and many others are sharing the same issue. Developers please. Let me know if you share the problem or know the solution or if you are currently working on the solution because I am getting slightly impatient. Thanks
Why not post this in Verizon HTC ONE forum? There you will receive more help.

If it was actually that simple I would have already done that. I have a VERIZON m7. Weaksauce was the only root method I tried that worked, so it's not that I'm too lazy to search around for the correct thread, it's that that correct thread doesn't exist yet so I just keep making threads on different android forums until I flood the internet with my words and someone finally notices.

Whats Going on? What is going on is that you really didnt pay attention to the rules when you joined. Had you then you would know why you cant post in the Dev forums. You would also know that had you posted this in the dev forums, it would have been deleted on site.
Now I am gonna move this to the proper device forums and advise you to take another look at the rules before you post again.
Basically, you are SOL until Firewater/Weaksauce/Towelroot is made to work on our latest OTA.
Had you run Firewater when you had root, prior to updating, you would have been able to update and retain s-off and root.
Since you didn't, you are now stuck without root until/when/if an updated method/exploit is posted.

Your thread got answered after it was moved to the right place, so that mod with "a false sense of entitlement" is the only reason you got a accurate reply.
Your call, but a bit of appreciation for those who keep this site running and volunteer to help is never a bad thing. Running a site of this size is not an easy task.

Wow so let me get this straight. You come to a development sight and want to ask a question? Tthen you post in the wrong section so you get the least amount of answers. So not only does a mod come along and move it to the proper place so you have a chance of getting an answer, but tells you where you messed up instead of just deleting your post. So you proceed to call names and insult me? Then break the rules again. Well how about this. The next time you decide to insult someone you will be banned from the site and then you be stuck with what ever simple minded questions you may have. Take this as your only warning. I would normally just remove you from the site for good but I am in a good mood today so I will let this one slide.
