My green notf light keeps blinking even when I dont have a message or something. Its not a problem with roms im sure.

if you're sure that it isn't a rom problem then it is and hardware problem... you should in that case send it back to htc
Is anyone experiencing an issue when the phone is off and you charge the phone it just keeps vibration. It never shows the charging indicator.

Not for me but I HAVE noticed the LED Notification lights being iffy every oncd in a while on Stock OTA.

After I rooted my phone I noticed the red and green led not showing when I'm charging my phone. Anyone else have this problem?
And yes I have the box checked in the settings .

This is my second note. The first one I had the red led charge light would be on when charging with the screen off then it would turn green when charged. I looked at the settings and the box is checked for it but it never comes on. I think when I first got this one I noticed it working. But now I cant figure out what I did to make it not work. Any ideas?

Go to power management,battery usage.if it shows charging (like 100% charging) it's not full.when it'll become full it'll show 100% full.

That is normal, the led notification light turns to green when it reaches 90%
And logically it finish charging when it reaches 100%

It's Red until 10% (not 100% sure on that)
It's Orange from 11 - 89%
It's Green from 90% -100%.
