If i am sure Xperia S and Xperia SL are the same devices, only difference is Cpu clock(S-1.5 Ghz SL-1.7 Ghz) So i think its the same relock way as with Xperia S.

I am pretty sure that the relocking ftf file over here works for S and SL - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1527159
Also, before you relock, just be sure to flash stock ics first with Flashtool and then flash the relocking ftf file.
Btw, you can still update to official JB with an unlocked bootloader. Once someone receives the update in his/her country, the ftf file will be made and released here for everyone. Also, Sony has their official Flashtool for unlocked bootloader devices.

Yes. You Can Flash Relock ftf. Both Are Same Device With Different Clock Speed.
It should not create any issue.
USING FLASHTOOL
First Flash The ICS (Exclude TA in Options)
Then, Flash The FTF Relock (Include TA in options)

[Q] Original Rom xperia arc s

I mount a prejudice currently cm10 (with unlocked bootloader), but I would like to go back to 4.0.4 Xperia, as when I bought .. I know that to do this I have to install the file. ftf from flashtool, I have to clear something to avoid having the FOTA brick unlocked bootloader? where can I find the original ftf file?
Flashtool don't need to relock bootloader. But if you want to relock bootloader, there are tutorials on this forum that show you how.

My BL is unlocked and I lost my drm keys aswell and flashtool works for me.
There are two different flashtools out there.. Use this one: http://www.flashtool.net/index.php
Which .ftf did you try to flash?
Did you install the needed drivers on your pc?
Edit:
What do you mean by hard bricked?
Are you able to run fastboot or flash mode?
