So uh, my speaker mesh is damaged, for some reason, it got bent at the right side. I doubt it seals the speaker now (in fact, I can easily peel it off).
Anyone got any experience with a site that sells these parts? And will replacing it manually keep the device waterproof?

Thanks, but I already ordered it from witrigs.com as pointed above
BTW, I've been poking at this online for a while, and it seems to be specific to dust only and not waterproofing. I'm obviously not interested in testing that
Here's what it looks like, it peels right off (stuck with adhesive)

I just bought this case and it looks great and could of been a great case. The only problem is that it doesn't fit the phone. Th SGS2 has wiggle room and moves inside the case. You can also pull it out easily, and it creaks when you hold it. I don't know if its just my case or a production problem.

The cut-out in one corner indicates that it's probably designed for the Korean version of the phone, which is slightly thicker, hence the wiggle room you describe.
Yup, that corner is where the antenna is on the Korean version.
Thanks for the info after the fact
What case is it?

Found this one, thinking about grabbing it. Red, blue, or black (grey)?

Wow that looks good! I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
These cases were around for two months already. Good idea, but the back is still exposed. I need the entire phone covering TPU case.

Someone please let me know where I can buy this case.
Thanks.
Edit: Nevermind found it if anyone is interested. http://www.amazon.com/HTC-myTouch-4G-2010-T-Mobile/dp/B0058FTQLQ
I guess that makes the track-pad unusable unless you cut a hole out.

God damn that is one beast of a case, lol. Looks like it makes the phone more than twice as bulky. But hey, if you need the extra protection why not.

why would you want a case that covers the trackpad?
You want a heavy duty but nice case.... It is all about Otter Box.... Yeah, its $20 more, but its well worth it... (In my opinion)

You can also find it on Ebay sometimes.
This may be me being amazingly paranoid, but the top of my nexus picked up a staple off my work desk and took it with it.
I've never had a magnetic phone before, and it doesn't do this at the bottom of the phone, just the top.
I'm a bit concerned about putting it by my head now, but I don't really want to make a hat out of tin foil to use my phone.
Anyone else notice their phone doing this?
its highly possible the internal speaker is quite close to the plastic case speakers have magnets on them.......

Little know fact that the Nexus was spliced with a Magpie.
Be careful or more shiny things will go missing

but the nexus is shiny..........mind = blown
Im guessing that if its the speaker that its actually no worse than wearing big headphones
Nice - maybe I can turn my Nexus into an expensive Fridge Magnet while they fix the volume problem
You can also glue a piece of metal to your head and instant hands free

Now that is genius. And much cheaper than an overpriced bluetooth headset.
Hello everyone
To connect a module wireless charger connector must be two points on the mainboard :

I've often thought about trying this, but I don't know where to cram one in the case.
What's the part that's being put in look like? On the ion at the bottom by the mic is a bit of room

Look up the palm touch stone. That would be the easiest way to add it. There is a metal coil that needs to be put inside. Not sure if it would mess up NFC though. I might be willing to give it a try if I thought there was enough space. The only problem is I dont think the magnet is strong enough to work through a case.
