You need to do a factory reset If you stuck in a bootloop
-Power off the device
-Press and hold the Power button and Volume down button at the same time
-When the LG logo shows up, let go both of the two buttons for a second, and then press them again
-A Factory reset promote should be shown on the screen. Follow the onscreen instructions to perform a factory reset.

Try this for a boot loop:
* plug in charger
* hold power button until pad resets
* pad (hopefully) boots to charging screen
* unplug charger and pad will power itself off
* follow instructions for entering download mode and use mobile update tool to re-flash stock

If I were you, I'd charge the battery externally. Then try the .KDZ again.

Try ofline fix method to flash KDZ file at download mood. it will be ok.
try putting your phone to download mode and run LG Mobile support tool. you can use the kdz offline mode around these forums.connect the phone and then click "upgrade recovery" or something like that. it will automatically download the latest. (kitkat). downloading ( if not offline ) might take some time since it will download 1.6Gb( for F240 ) and after the software upgrade, the phone will restart. and done.

Try to go into recovery. Turn off your phone and turn your phone on with the power button + vol down. When the phone turns on,let go and press the same combo buttons again for a few seconds until it shows a factory reset. Click yes for both ( no it won't delete your data) and it will take you to TWRP
ןIt's still not working and I tried it yesterday and now it does not work because it is installed on the device Recovery So how do I solve this problem please help me!

Hi I use a LG G3 and flashed a zip that was not designed for my phone (Validus-shamu-5.0.1.alpha.1.0-TEST-20141217-2151.zip) by a accident and rebooted, and now my phone has a black screen and the led is flashing red and blue (and said error: boot certification verify prior to that stage). How can I fix it?
Additional info: I was using the latest TWRP recovery, and own a d852 variant.
Any input would be appreciated! This is my only phone and I would like to resolve this as soon as I can.
UPDATE: i tried pressing power + up and now nothing reacts, even when i press other buttons. black screen. no LED.
UPDATE2: I removed the battery and put it back in, and now LED are back.
EDIT: FIXED. CLOSE THREAD PLEASE. got my solution from: "What you have to is power + vol down while off till you see the LG logo, then release then immediately press them again it should bring you to a factory reset screen select yes and you will boot into recovery." if people are interested.
I need help as well

you're skating on very thin ice if you are flashing anything to your device that is not specifically for that model..

You can use the NEW 1 CLICK script ROOT +TWRP . it Will install CORRECT files to do TWRP work in stock firmware and it will correct your problem! and at end you be with the newest version of TWRP! here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/d855-one-click-root-twrp-recovery-t3072767 :good:

Hi!! Im in the same case
My phone reboot itself and show LG logo then Android logo then black screen.
Tried on Win 8 x64, FlashTool 1.8.6.527
- reboot
- take off the battery and turn on
- wipe
Result
-same lg logo, android logo, Black Screen
Tried
-http://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-how-to-restore-sprint-lg-g3-ls990-t2852042
Result
-Flash Tool error diferent model (D855)
Then I opened the phone looking for mother board model and it is LS990.
Tried
- flash with D855 .dll and .tot files
Result
- error on partition change fail
- trwm recovery delete
- the phone just enter on donwload mode vol +, vol- and without push the vol buttons the phone enter in download mode
Tried on windows 7 x86
- again flash with LS990 dll, tot and D855 dll, tot
Result
- the same errors using LS990 dll or tot
Tried
-Flashing with D855 tot and LGUP_8974.dll
Result
- Lg logo loop
- no download mode, vol buttons just not work
Any Ideas?

Turn off your phone then hold power and volume up until you see ASUS logo then using your volume rocker select recovery mode and us the power button to select it it will then bring you to an error Android which your going to hold down power and then volume up and quickly release which should allow you to use your volume keys again to select factory reset
