I found an animated gif online of the Tardis as a Transformer, complete with red fez, and converted it into a boot animation.
Enjoy.
Looks great.

I use static to do this with my home screen...

I wish I used lwp. But I can't find any good ones. Only ones I like are phase beam and nexus but phase beam annoys me because it doesn't scroll and nexus o wish I could change the background. Other lwp just always make my icons and clock and stuff hard to see or the wallpaper colors don't match my phone enough or something.

How did u make this wallpaper? Or where did you get it from? Really like it
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
I find my wallpaper stunning !
If you don't mind the background being a battery killer, I use Electricsheep. It's really trippy and all my friends comment on it the first time they see it.
I use static. I don't get enough benefit out of the live to justify the battery drain.

Go with static. The battery needs all the help it can get!

This theme was originally created by colourfulvisual, but this guy edited it and I quite like it

I bought nexus revamped pro from the play store and you can put other backgrounds and customize it to your hearts content. I like it especially as you can set it to just show a wallpaper after your battery reaches a percentage of your choosing - battery wise I still get 15-16 hours with around 3 plus hrs of screen time.

Everybody uses that YouTube tutorial home screen. Its becoming a lot less cool. I use the Galaxy Pack which is a dope collection lwp.

Just thought I'd share this website with the community. There are a whole bunch of beautiful wallpapers that are now made for our native 1080x1920 resolution.
Enjoy

From just playing with it for 2mins - it had a new, cleaner 'card' UI and you can watch your video while you browse other videos by pulling down on the video (in portrait), shrinks it into the bottom corner of the screen. Quite cool :good:
..
cool
Oh ok thanks for the info, am downloading now.

Only thing I don't like is the new app icon, lol. Luckily that's an easy fix.
The multi window view makes me wonder how I ever lived without it already. Thanks OP!

I've been struggling to find a way to keep wallpapers from looking grainy. I found that the resolution has to be higher than 1900x1200 because of the "cross" that android uses, cutting out and zooming on a picture. I'm going to give you guys a link to a pack that I have been working on that looks good on my tablet and DNA. 99% of the wallpapers look good. There are 2 that may not be suitable for work but they are nudity free.

To keep wallpapers from losing quality when you set them, use Image 2 Wallpaper. Great app.
MultiPicture Live Wallpaper is great.
And you also have AnimGIF LWP for using gif files as wallpaper
Made these for myself, but decided to share =) just hit thanks :good:
SOOO excited for N5 & Kitkat next week... i Hope!

Yeah the xda app removes the transparency layer.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
In your browser, click the icon picture. Save the icons from the popup picture viewer. Long press the icon and save. It keeps transparency.
i noticed the phone icon edges was not pretty. Here is a pretty a version. I was bored so I re-created it in ps (vector). If you need a bigger size or better quality, PM me. xda image uploader is not friendly with png.
Very coooooool

Droid-Life just posted some KitKat icons/wallpaper/UCCW widget.
Here's the link:
http://www.droid-life.com/2013/10/1...-kit-kat-look-with-these-icons-and-wallpaper/
I didn't test this, because I am on MIUI, and I have no backup. Can anyone test this vrtheme out and tell me if phone and app drawer are properly replaced with 4.4 icons and kit kat wallpaper is added to the stock wallpapers?
You have to be in stock launcher
Thanks!! If it works I will create another thread so everybody can see it Waiting your answers!!!
Looks good, I may give these a go over Nox for a few days and see how I like them.
Looks nice
