There is a guide thread about how to do this. Search and you will find it, should help you get to where you need to go

Hi,
I want to know if we can flash a Samsung Galaxy s III to Boost Mobile.
And one more thing that I want to know is should be the phone originally from Sprint only or Verizon is also fine?
I do not have any idea and that is the reason I'm asking.
FYI. I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy S III on Ebay ( Sprint or Verizon ) and use it with a $50/ Month plan.
So if Sprint works fine then I will look only for Sprint on Ebay. Otherwise I can look for Verizon also.
So kindly please advise. Once I get some information on this, then I should start looking out for the flashing services.
Thanks.
AJ
No offense, but did you even do a search? It's right there on page 2.

Aside from price why would you want Boost? Boost is owned by Sprint and uses there network
lets see. flash to boost $35 a month in 18 months.
on sprint $80 minimum.
I would say thats a pretty good reason to want it on boost hehe

I have a credo galaxy S3. I also use a sprint iPhone. Can I use my sprint connection in Credo Galaxy s3? This is a L710 model. I don't wanna go to Sprint store or call them to get it done. I wanna be able to do it on my own. Thanks!
Google esn swapping
I think I'm allowed to tell you that much on this site

Is it possible to flash a CREDO SGS3 to Sprint?
I have a similar question, but I don't even want to look at ESN swapping as an option.
I am a CREDO customer, and had a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 - SPH-L710 which I got from CREDO.
I sold it to a guy wanting to use the phone with Sprint, but Sprint says it can't because it's been flashed to CREDO and they are carrier locked. Since it is a Sprint phone, and CREDO runs on Sprint's network, I find this hard to believe - but I'm a phone noob, so what do I know.
Is it possible to flash the phone to Sprint? Thanks to any and all helpers!

You could try using ODIN and flashing a sprint firmware to it I'm not sure how well that would work try it at your own risk

Thanks for the suggestion. I wasn't sure if stock firmware would do the trick since I'm not exactly sure where the software carrier "lock" exists (again, phone noob). If the process went south on me I could probably recover the phone right? I know it's at my own risk - I'm just wondering how likely I would be to end up with a paperweight and no way to get back usability - in your opinion.

Yes, you can if something goes wrong
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2369125
It shouldn't though seeing as how it's the exact same model number so the phone should be fine with the Sprint firmware on it

Hello, im failry new to flashing phones to other carriers. The only thing i have is the slightest idea of rooting and that is with my old ZTE warp. I was looking into buying a Samsung Galaxy S3. I was wondering if i bought the "SPRINT SAMSUNG GALAXY S III 3 SPH-L710" could i flash it so i can use straight talk or boost mobile on it? If anyone could link me to a source, it'll be much appreciated.
I think it can be flashed to boost. I'll see if I can find the link.

Hello I have a Sprint Galaxy S3 that I had flashed to cricket. My father had an old utstarcom phone with a clean esn so I flashed that esn to my s3 and called cricket and added a line to the account my father has with his kyocera phone. I chose the 45 dollar plan for my self and got the phone working as for as talk text and mms. I can not get any kind of internet connection except wifi. I have tried to go to update prl and profile but I get error code 407 or something like that. I followed the guide from cricketusers but cant get any help there. Can any one please point me in the right area to get internet on my s3 or tell me what I need to do, I have DFS Demo and cdma Workshop full version and qpst. Thanks anyone.

You're on the wrong rate plan. You have to be on a $50 a month or higher Android/Smartphone rate plan to get the web to work on your flashed device. You also have to make sure that the phone "Model" on your account is set to Kyocera M6000 for the best experience. Also, I would be careful with swapping the ESN from a different phone to your S3, as that is illegal and you can be fined for doing that.
I am a flash tech with Cricket in my town and I have the same phone flashed. You can follow this tutorial here: http://www.cricketusers.com/cdma-sa...galaxy-s3-cricket-talk-text-mms-internet.html It's pretty simple if you follow the instructions carefully, but I would try to change your plan first then pull the battery and restart the phone and see if maybe it'll start working. If the programming is right and you have MMS, then you should just have to change plans, but I could be wrong there.
Samsung Galaxy S3 flashed to cricket all works but no internet

I got everything working with the $45 plan also got the esn updated to the phone itself. I have talk, text, web, mms everything, Found the answer on another site.
Thanks.
Glad you got it working. Just curious, what are your web speeds? If you're not on an Android rate plan you're only getting 1x speeds, which is why I noted you were on the wrong one.

The T-Zones I believe are a part of your Account. They come via your SIM not your ROM. So if you use Unlocked S3 or Note should be able to work with it. Give it a try. If it does not work you can always return the phone next day.

Good to know. If I were you, I wouldn't let the carrier know about your change of device. They'd ask you to replace your Sim For Free. However the new sim won't play ball with the setup you have.
