Sure!It didn't change much for xhdpi
but changes on hdpi
and also 6.0.2.A.0.8 don't need framework changing

X-Reality engine for nexus 4

Hi
I have this little zip and i want to share with you
It's not my work, i found the xperia apps in the nexus 5 forum and i just extraced the xreaity files and made it flashable.
Not too much difference but a bit better i guess as you can see on these two pictures

ummm may be just me...but the only difference i see in OPs pics is that the wallpaper looks more stretched in pic 2 than in pic 1...graphically i dont see a single difference.

it hasnt been strached...if it woulda been the whole pic would be larger and not only this diff woulda been visible when u look at the 2 pic after each other...if you know what i mean.
the difference is the brightness and a bit of contrast i guess

no need to edit build prop? since I red on couple bravia engine thread, we need to edit build.prop, and what makes me confuse that each thread gave different editing line.
will try this now, and see the result.

I doubt this and I think a screenshot of a picture in gallery in full screen before/after mod to compare the file size, etc would be more precise.

No need ti edit build prob because in the zip there is a script which is gonna make it instead of the user

The Bravia Engine on Sony Smartphones works only in Sony's Album and Movie app so I don't know how it would work here with wallpaper in launcher... I don't believe it really works. If U need to enhance colours of your screen, just download any app from Play Store to calibrate the screen.

Its up to you! I just shared it. Dont use if u dont want to.. And its not about the launcher and wallpaler and the size of the image and so on..but u can see the differences between the two picture. And it hasnt been edited and blabla...this is the result after i flashed this mod..

I've flashed this mod, but I haven't noticed any difference.. :/

This is bs, bravia engine only works on Sony Gallery, and is a post process, you will notice at the screen, not in a screenshot.

I tried bravia engine v2 and it doesn't has significantly different with the original one. So , I think that it would work fine for Xperia not for any android devices.

Zooper slow to refresh clocks on lockscreen

I use Widgetlocker with Zooper clock and other widgets on my lockscreen. Sometimes I turn on my phone just to check the time with a glance. Unfortunately it takes zooper anywhere from a second to 15 seconds to refresh the time. So several times I have thought the time was 11:00 for example, but it was actually 12:00.
I ended up layering a UCCW clock widget over my zooper just to get the time! Has anyone found a way to fix this? This is on a speedy Samsung s4 by the way.

I have the same problem. I would preffer to use zooper on lockscreen because ican set time font size to fit my whole screen and my eyesight is bad so zooper is my only option.

Works fine for me I did have the same problem before I highlighted this option.
If you have done a few updates to zooper after first install try backing up to sd card uninstall zooper and do a fresh install.

but i found an option in zooper, it's the last option in " Global preference ' but now i use a different clock widget named " make your clock "

I've tried everything and the clock widget still lags with incorrect time.

I would even pay for a Zooper Widget Pro 2 if the developer would update and fix ZW. He does appear to be dead though! lol

Do any themes change the dialer, messaging app and settings menu

Hi,
There's too much white on this phone - it's hurting my eyes!
I've tried a few themes, but nothing seems to change the settings menu, dialer and messaging.
I want these DARK.
Do any themes do this?
It's possible themes aren't applying correctly for me as I installed xposed.

I actually already applied that theme, but it made no difference to the dialer or messaging app.
I suspect this is because I installed xposed and you have to disable the Huawei theme engine when you do that.

Ok, Sorry guy....

In fact I went as far as disabling resource hooks in xposed and re-enabling the Huawei theme engine, and ForR still doesn't change the dialer or messaging apps.
Anyone else got any ideas?

Indian theme changes both dialer and messaging screens

Nova Launcher with locked bootloader

Hi,
I read a bunch of different forums regarding installing nova launcher. Is there any other way besides adb? I tried that and still won't allow me to delete hauwei launcher.
Just wondering if the xda family know of any other way. I can't stand the hauwei home launcher.
My phone is the EVR-AL00 Chinese version. 9.0
Unlock Bootloader Code is not available right now and I can't root.

I wrote several times in several threads that it is possible to buy an accidental code. as for the laucher, the question of which version you have, 9.0 or 9.1. at 9.0 there is still a chance, possibly my way with mg fluid. Look for my way on the forum. Fortunately, I managed and bought an unlocking code and I'm happy.

Ok I got ng fluid running but when I click the home gesture it goes back to the Huawei launcher instead of staying on Nova.
Can point me to your way?

you have to set the gesture to return to the desktop in fluid to run applications in this case your launcher.

When you refer to desktop did you mean "home" because I can't "desktop" in fluid. I run fluid in nova and slide up and set up for to go "home" and defaults back to Huawei launcher home.
