It shouldn't drain your battery, I doubt that the script is causing drain. Anyway I don't have increased battery discharging because of this.

Well that depends on what setting have you applied, aggressive setting is better for games.

what option do you recommend?
thank you
After trying the script , found it pretty smooth with option 6 and nitrolag but when i used 3g turbo and kick ass kernlizer = the performance get laggy and 3g data also gets slower than b4
In my experience i dont recommend using kickass or 3g turbo ,but that me and its not necessarily to be with you the same as me
I installed the scripts with my old cynogenmod 7 and yesterday I did a full wipe and installed whiterabbit edition after nordic.sbf.......in the installation it said that will be installd also v6 supercharger...How can I check if is it running??

Rerun the script, if it says everything installed then you're good to go.

Used it on three different devices and I recommend it to everyone. Performance definitely gets better. Launcher isn't laggy anymore(fixes redraws too). Multitasking is much better..

512 aggressive is good. Also use kernalizer and nitrolag.
You must see increase in battery life. Also use governors like smartass/boosted with vsel values undervolted.
How bad does your battery discharge in an hour? Overnight? Screen off?
My battery discharge is bad i think...
Around 3%-5% in an hour in screen off + without data...
For overnight, well maybe around 10%-20% without data...
Its very different when i was using galaxy ace, galaxy s plus and galaxy tab...all this device only consume about 3%-5% when i let the phone in idle for an hour with 3G data always ON...
And consume 1% for overnight without data (6-7 hours).
And i always get about 50% when use it for normal day use in 10-15 hours...
Why galaxy y sooo different? Small device with monstrous battery eater
I use my data when i need to use it now on galaxy y...its a pain when u are a fb fans or something like that
well i don`t use 2g neither 3g but when i use wifi for 1 to 2 hours i think 15 to 20% battery discharges.
I have Jb3.0.4 and Savie kernel (u.v. to -80 mV)
Cpu settings are intellidemand + sio.

Wel bro in my country the 2g 0r 3g runs like turtle very slowwwwww. If u open a light page e.g fb login page it takes almost 2 mins(not joking) to load and most of the time it fails to load no matter which browser u use . So i always use wifi.

I dont know, but my best records is 6 days 18 hours on battery. I use stock rom
I tried a lot of cook rom on XDA but there is no rom can handle 2 days battery ... :sad:

I got 1% discharge for about 10 hours with data service on. there's must be some problem with your system.

I use stock rom for calling and sms, several times with wifi to read news. all Fresh stock rom even without root. I think stock rom LJ1 is good, fast performance, long time battery use.
I can watch 3 movies online ~ 4 hours continously and 100% goes down to 23%
But i have a bad news ... yesterday after i post in this topic, i root my fone to add adobe flash. And now it cant reach to 2 days on battery with call and sms ( No wifi, no 3G, no film, no game )
I dont know but i think ill unroot my phone or re-flash stock rom via odin and happy using this tiny phone without adobe flash :angel:

Recommended : pm.sleep_mode=1
#pm.sleep_mode=0 -> collapse suspend
#pm.sleep_mode=1 -> collapse (will totally power off the cpu)
#pm.sleep_mode=2 -> sleep (cpu is still on, but put into low power mode (registers are still saved)
#pm.sleep_mode=3 -> slow Clock and Wait for Interrupt (lowered frequency and voltage)
#pm.sleep_mode=4 -> wait for interrupt (no change in cpu clock or voltage)
Hi,
i did undervolt for the CPU and the GPU, but i have a question, on Stweak, we can put the mini frequency of the GPU at 54mhz or 108mhz.
On stock, it is set on 160mhz, anyone tried to set to 108mhz or 54mhz in order increase the battery life ?
54mhz = 825mv (stock)
108mhz = 850mv
160mhz = 938mv (stock) and mine is 875mv
Should i try min at 108mhz and undervolt at 800mv ?
Thanks
I actually don't think there will be problems since the kernel is providing it..
I guess you should try them without setting on boot.. If you had no issues then you may set it on boot.. That's the easiest way to know weather it's good or bad

Hi, i turned back to 160mhz because i got some bootloops, i was affraid of SDS.
But indeed i could remember that i got a better battery life but not impressive... You can see this when screen is on, but i got some wakelock due to low frequency i think.
So battery drained faster in deep sleep while not when screen on.
You should try but be careful, you should put a file .zip which can be flashed in recovery mode to reset settings on the kernel, because if you want to put 54mhz you have to click on "enable on boot" on the kernel settings.
sorry for my bad english

You better have to install greenify and uninstall facebook which give me lot of wakelock which drained my battery.
Now i always have 6/7h screen on time with 2days of standby which is really awesome since i use 3g more than wifi.

Already did this actions: +Greenify, - Facebook. It is OK, I am not complaining, but I like to get maximum battery life.

Hi all!
For those who have donated to the Amplify version, which wakelocks have modified that does not compromise the stability of the system?
I mean those wakelocks who are under "safe limit".
Thank you
bump
I hope that's not forbidden on XDA.

Screenshots of what I have so far are below but I'm still getting 15% wake while screen off. I was getting 40% when freshly rooted on stock ROM.
What have you limited/disabled? How is your deep sleep percentage?

Alot of the recommendations are safe and I used it myself. The only ill effect is for whatsapp it shows me as online until that alarm/wakelock kicks in. I modified it so it shows it accurately. Otherwise the rest had absolutely no change except for better battery life
What's in your opinion the best rom for daily and battery use
Currently using LineageOS. I think this one is good. 1.3%/hr standby drain with Wi-Fi.
At least for 0430 build.
I think battery and performance are the main point of most people. I use in my MI6 the MIUIPRO 9.5.7.0 stable. after having tried lineageOS, miui-globe. stable and unofficial. for mi6 the stable miuipro sure enough battery, if it were not whatsapp would last a 3 days.
Not an oreo-miui rom that's for sure. I am using epic rom 7.12.21. It gives pretty good battery life and cool temp(almost doesn't even get warm when charging).
Lineage OS 15.1, and you can add kernel manager, naptime app and servicely app and get this:
MIUI is fast but has a lot of standby drain.

With kernel manager I have underclocked cpu to 2 GHz max , with servicely app I have put apps in standby when screen is off, and I don't use 4g speed internet, but 3g, when you add together everything... Naptime alone doesn't do much. You have my settings in this subject post, just read all posts from beginning, there ain't much to read.
