An Infamous Production!
Alpha has reached its life expectancy. Alpha has evolved to Nemesis. All future updates will be Nemesis. There are a good amount of framework changes and tweaks vs Alpha. Also 3minit 0.4.1 is built in as well as BioShock 4.0. Nemesis will also have a clean dark theme that will be coming soon. Basically this will be the ROM I use as a daily driver so it will have more on my personal tweaks as well. So kind of like a developers edition ROM.

Translation? Alpha Had a make over. This will be a join group effort with primarily Jamison904 (Once he joins us back here) and myself. This is what he will be running on a daily drive, so it is like taking a step in the life of Mr. Infamous himself. You have any question, feel free to either post here or In our QnA

I am NOT updating every week (J works 6 days a week and have a 2 year old and Pregnant wife)...

Don't compare ROMs. It is rude and offensive for developers. If the other rom has what you need, use that ROM.

Reboot out of recovery
Skip setup wizard (you can put your name in)
wait five minutes for all to settle as this is a highly tweaked ROM and Kernel
Reboot
Set APNs if it didn't stick

well thats not completely abnormal...can't say i counted but after the interesting song from the first boot, it sits maybe 2-3 min after that. Lol so all depends on the initial boot sound,, which i haven't timed lol
Ahhhhh I just went back to ur minions from an international version. Lol.... I'm gonna download this can't wait to try it I was waiting for this :thumbup:

Dang, I hate this S3 mms stuff. And I use my phone 50% for texting and mms pictures. Oh well. Any word on if the next android will have this problem as well? Must be something with the Appl law suite.
Not sure if the next android would have the problem to be honest.

Is there no boot animation? The reason I ask is because this either has no boot animation or it does not boot. I gave it 10 minutes to boot and nothing. I re-downloaded and same thing. Someone please verify. Thanks

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the MIUI toolbox is exclusively for official MIUI releases only.......since this is an unofficial build, then is not included and can't be included

Hes correct MIUI toolbox is only available in Official MIUI.us roms. This is MIUI android and they have a JB control panel. It might not have as many tweaks but it gets the job done:good:

Basically, linaro is just improvements done to the kernel and the ROM. These improvements are done by optimizing the GNU compiler collection (GCC) toolchain, the kernel, ARM power management, graphics and multimedia interfaces.
Q - What is Linaro going to do to this ROM?
A - Well it will do a few things to the ROM but one thing it won't do is, it won't increase the performance by 200 percent like you first heard when Linaro came out! It will indeed make things snappier. You will notice apps opening up a bit faster and in some cases, it will make a few of them run smoother. You will also see an increase in benchmarks (useless but fun to show off...lol) compare to a ROM not optimized by linaro by overclocking your device but I would recommend you not do this as this will also cause your battery to drain.
Q - I flashed the ROM and now I have an issue, what should I do?
A - Don't freak out! Pull a logcat and paste it on to pastebin and provide me a link in the thread to it. Along with the logcat, please provide me with as much information as possible. Things that you would think could help me fix this issue.....i.e what kernel you're running, what happened, what did you prior to the bug/issue.

Q - Do I have to wipe before flashing??
A - YES, even if you're coming from a previous version of this ROM. By doing a full wipe each time, it not only avoids any issues that come from not wiping BUT if you report an issue, I then know that is a legit problem and not because of lack of wiping.
Q - I see (Insert developer name) has fixed this or has added this feature, are you going to do the same?
A - NO! No disrespect to that developer but I have not and will not keep up with what other developers are doing. I will work and update this thread at my own pace.

cant seem to get it to compile well, linaro 4.6.2 works flawlessly for me but not 4.7. but your rom working well for me btw

Try what LoopDoGG79 if you still have problems and want to revert back to the older cam you can just pull the camera from any 4.1.2 rom or if you can't figure it message me and I'll get it for you

I haven't installed this yet as I love Golden Eye but the I337M is being stupid with TouchWiz 4.3 and data drops. IB4 is killing himself trying to fix it but in the meantime I'm sniffing new ROMS to play with.
How often do you plan to update this ROM? I mean... IB4STiD has spoiled us with great updates and fixes regularly, so I just curious of you're intention regard support for this ROM long term.
I noticed IB4STiD's comment in the thread and if he comments in a ROM then I'm interested!

The Rom will be updated as long as there are new features to be added and bugs to fix. I will commit as much time as I have, but work and family comes first.
Flashed this tonight so far like this a lot thanks a lot for this build for the I337M much appreciate... Tomorrow I'll report how it goes once I'm out there on my everyday routines

Yea, unfortunately this build is for jfltecan model only at this time. I will be adding jflteatt in the next day or two. If you really wan to give it a go you will need to delete the assert line at the top of the updater, its a security feature. and you will need to flash a kernel that is loki'd.
Some quick questions: what kernel does this come with? Can I use KTs TMO AOSP kernel with this? Does this have exfat support for the extsdcard?

It has stock Kernel. KTs 4.3 AOSP tmo kernel should work fine.

So today went with no issues even after flashing this morning Faux123 13u kernel.. The one thing I did noticed and this has happened to me on other AOKP Roms... All of the sudden the ROM gets really slow and laggy.. When I check my RAM usage it says I have only like 200-300 RAM free ... I think it happens after having the Active display on after half a day ..
Can anyone else confirm this?

I'm really picky about ROMS so I rarely change them but damn skippy, this is running awesome so far!
Installed last night on a TELUS I337m.
The only thing I can complain about is I use wireless AC at 5Ghz at home and even though it connects and reports a link speed of 433 Mbps, the actual speed or throughput is quite slow.
That being said, anything and everything on LTE is noticeably faster, so I'm not sure what's going on. I usually stick to LTE for everything so it's not a major concern.

Not going to lie, not familiar with that kernel. But you may use any cm11 4.4.x compatible kernel. Anything else will result in bootloop

Um that's kinda the HF theme to it. You can change it but you'd need a root browser and a new image.

The slider we opted for our HF logo. Yes we want center clock too. That's on the list to be added.
For nav bar, does it do anything? Like the option gets checked then unchecked? Can you be a but more specific please.
As for LCD density not working, how are you attempting to change it?
