INTRODUCTION
After 6 weeks of hard works, the time as come to present you my new Jelly Bean rom :laugh:
Here's the eXistenZ for the Xperia S.
Three different editions will be done, the black and the white; This is the Black Edition.
All Sony's applications and features are (or will be) themed in black, everything have been redrawed (Background, Icons, Menus, ...) to show what Sony could have done :laugh:

Install a recovery
Reboot in recovery and flash the rom (UNMOUNT SYSTEM)

Did anyone flash this successfully? My phone won't turn on after flashing.. Can't get into recovery and worse of all, it doesn't charge. The screen doesn't even come on. Any idea?

how strange. now totally working. if i leave the charger in while booting up for the first time it continually reboots and reboots. but as soon as i removed the charger, it booted up first time, and it now working spot on

I'm also having troubles trying to install this (downloaded from 4share). My phone was charging, and I did full wipe. After installing and selecting "reboot", nothing. Screen went on, and nothing, no charging indicator or anything. Fixed it by connecting it on a computer, while connected, doing hard reboot (vol up+power for 10 seconds, 3 vibrations), and right after 3rd vibration, release both power and vol up and holding vol down.... It connected in flash mode... There's a tuto for anyone who's got into trouble

OK, it looks like I've managed to boot it. After flashing, and you have black screen (dead phone), connect phone to PC, hold vol up + power for 10 seconds. After three vibrations, release both buttons and press up again until you get blue led (for fastboot). From there, flash this kernel (Kernel link) (that's from Trinity Vengeance RaptorX, it's the first I came up with for 4.1, probably any other 4.1 stock kernel would work), and after flashing, start up the phone. My phone went into bootloop, so I did another hard-reset (3 vibes thingy) and after that it booted... If you are not familiar with fastboot, there are a lot tutos everywhere, I'm too sleepy to write it here....

Couple of questions:
1.) since this rom has the honami home launcher, will it have the force close bug if you have apps on the internal storage and not in the phone memory?
2.) Im, currently using nelikp's ported 96 firm for ion which has solved some of the issues i had on 211(some apps would randonly freeze for no reason, vol up bug is less frequent now, less launcher redraws), will there be a V2 of this rom with 96 firmware as base?

Fresh installation:
LOCKED Bootloader
Flash official Sony's 4.1.2 6.2.B.1.96 with flashtool.
Root using DoomLord method.
Install a recovery.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.
Flash 6.2.B.1.96 kernel only with flashtool (see FAQ).
UNLOCKED Bootloader
Flash official Sony's 4.1.2 6.2.B.1.96 with flashtool.
Root using DoomLord method.
Install a recovery.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.

FAQ
How to use Honami Camera to avoid force close, please follow this carrefully
- After the installation of the rom, install Camera widget.
- Click on the dinosaur.
- Directly click again on the dinosaur at bottom left and select manual.
- Never touch Superior auto or you will have to follow these steps again.
Until now you can use the camera shortcut normally
- These settings are not working, don't touch them:
- Stabilizer
- ISO
- Superior Auto
- 2MP
- DON'T ASK FIX! I will do when I will do if possible!
Some icons are missing on Home drawer.
Go in settings/apps/all and force stop of Xperia Home.
Quick settings are force closing...
Try to uncheck all toggles and reboot.
If it doesn't work, move a few toggles, let it force closing 5 or 6 times
My battery is draining fast?
Do a fresh installation, let the rom settle and charge your phone a few times to let the battery calibrate.
Use stock or Doom kernels, they are done by qualified people.
How to flash 6.2.B.1.96 Kernel with flashtool?
1) Download any FTF of latest 6.2.B.1.96 firmware and place it in firmware folder of flashtool.
2) Plug the USB.
3) Open Flash tool and click on the lightning logo.
4) Select Flashmode.
5) Select 6.2.B.1.96 firmware on left side.
6) Uncheck kernel, fota, data, cache & appslog on right side.
7) Select Flash at bottom.
8) When asked, unplug USB and turn off phone.
9) Plug USB again while you are pressing volume down.
Add ons
Advanced Stock Camera & Widget
This will replace Honami Camera by a fully fonctionnal stock camera with Superior Auto feature.
The camera widget is also replaced by a new one with:
Shortcut to Torch Light
Shortcut to same option as quick launch setting (The Video Camera).
1) Flash this in recovery: http://www.mediafire.com/download/awfybmc8ay1dlpm/Advanced_Stock_Camera.zip
2) Wipe cache and Dalvik Cache
3) Reboot
4) Go in settings/apps/all and clear data of everything related to camera.
TIPS: If you still have problems of force closing, better to do a new fresh installation of rom and flash this add on just after the rom installation before to reboot.

I did a perfectly clean n fresh install but the battery drain isnt disapear...
Stock Rom n kernel, root, recovery after your ROM and battery problem...
Any ideas???

The main difference with my previous works is that I am not allowing my users to do their own choices, that's why I am introducing the AROMA installer.
The main choice that you can made is the "Main theming" who can be Light or Dark, after that you will see many options, these options are according to me the most usefull ones, no need to have 20 differents systemUI...

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

Fresh installation:

Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.
Follow AROMA Installer.
From eXistenZ Ultra vx.x.x:
Backup your datas with Titanium backup or Sony app.
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache
Flash the rom.
Restore your datas (It may cause problems!!!)
From anything else (CM10, PAC, ...):
Do a fresh installation!

FAQ
Q: Does this rom support Locked Bootloader?
R: Yes both Locked and Unlocked Bootloaders are supported.
Q: Not Kernel or SuperUser fix to flash?
R: No all is integrated.
Q: What about the recovery?
R: Latest NUT Dual Recovery is pre-installed.
Q: I've installed the rom and I want to try an other option...
R: Reboot in recovery, don't wipe anything and follow AROMA Installer since beginning.
Q: When I go in OTA Updater setting, I have an error message (Invalid ROM & device combo!)...
R: Don't worry, this is normal until the first OTA Update.
Q: How are working OTA Update?
R:
OTA Update are automatics, you will receive a notification when an update is available or check OTA Updater application.
Select Download in the dialog box.
When download is finished, select install, no need to clear datas.
Prompt Root autorization to OTA Updater, the phone will reboot.
Once you are in recovery, flash update found in SDCard/OTA-Updater/download
If you can't download the OTA Update, wait the server must be busy or use mirror in Download section.
Q: I have selected Full Screen for the Caller image but the image is cropped or too small...
R: You must set a new image for all your contact, if you are coming back to normal size for the caller image, you will have to do the same.

i know u are a busy guy but had mentioned bluetooth unlocking isnt working with my moto 360 and does not display in the setting next to bluetooth . could it be a android wear bug ?

Bluetooth unlocking works with all Bluetooth device normally.
But it won't work if you have selected JB lockscreen in Aroma.

What is What
What is an ODEX file?
In Android file system, applications come in packages with the extension .apk. These application packages, or APKs contain certain .odex files whose supposed function is to save space. These ‘odex’ files are actually collections of parts of an application that are optimized before booting. Doing so speeds up the boot process, as it preloads part of an application. On the other hand, it also makes hacking those applications difficult because a part of the coding has already been extracted to another location before execution.
What is an DEODEX file?
Deodexing is basically repackaging of these APKs in a certain way, such that they are reassembled into classes.dex files. By doing that, all pieces of an application package are put together back in one place, thus eliminating the worry of a modified APK conflicting with some separate odexed parts.
So, Deodexed ROMs (or APKs) have all their application packages put back together in one place, allowing for easy modification such as theming. Since no pieces of code are coming from any external location, custom ROMs or APKs are always deodexed to ensure integrity.
How this works?
For the majority noobs amongst us, Android OS uses a Java-based virtual machine called the Dalvik Virtual Machine. A deodexed or .dex file contains the cache used by this virtual machine (referred to as Dalvik-cache) for a program, and it is stored inside the APK. An .odex file, on the other hand, is an optimized version of this same .dex file that is stored next to the APK as opposed to inside it. Android applies this technique by default to all the system applications.
When an Android-based system is booting, the davlik cache for the Davlik VM is built using these .odex files, allowing the OS to learn in advance what applications will be loaded, and thus speeds up the booting process.
By deodexing these APKs, a developer actually puts the .odex files back inside their respective APK packages. Since all code is now contained within the APK itself, it becomes possible to modify any application package without conflicting with the operating system’s execution environment.
Advanteges & Disadvantages
The advantage of deodexing is in modification possibilities. This is most widely used in custom ROMs and themes. A developer building a custom ROM would almost always choose to deodex the ROM package first, since that would not only allow him to modify various APKs, but also leave room for post-install theming.
On the other hand, since the .odex files were supposed to quickly build the dalvik cache, removing them would mean longer initial boot times. However, this is true only for the first ever boot after deodexing, since the cache would still get built over time as applications are used. Longer boot times may only be seen again if the dalvik cache is wiped for some reason.
Installation
This Rom works with all Z1 Series mobiles Including Z1 Compact
Rom For Z1 C6902, C6903, C6906, C6943 and Z1 Compact
This is For all of Z1-Series Unlocked/ Locked bootloaders (For Z1Compact locked Follow Below Options)
This is based on .157 Firmware
Follow these Instructions carefully:-
Make Sure Of these things
Backup your datas.
Reboot in recovery.
Make a TA Backup Cause this may cause loss of drm keys [Click here]
Flash official Sony's .157 (recommanded) with flashtool Or (Do a Full Wipe Before Installation-recovery wipe to install a new rom) If once you Flashed the Firmware
Root using any method
Install NUT dual recovery [Click here]
Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Flash the rom.
Follow AROMA Installer.
Never wipe after the Flash Completed ( Before You install Make a clean wipe Don't forget )
For Z1 Compact Locked Bootloaders only:-
Follow As the Above Instructions
-After Your Installation Completed
-reboot
-Turn on to Flash mod And Connect to Pc with Flash tool
-Select Kernel Of Z1 compact and flash it.
Then Reboot,.. Finished.. Using Nut Recovery Tool Install the Recoveries
Sorry for Such a long process . And For Unlocked Bootloaders there is no need of these things just Flash and reboot

Ques: Do i need to Install any Recoveries After the flash of rom ?
Ans: No not need this Aroma Flash the new Recoveries as per Device Configuration
Ques: Do i need to Root the Rom After installation ?
Ans: No not need the Aroma will install/ Flash new Root to device
Ques: Is this ROm can be used for Z1 series and Compact ?
Ans: Yes all you need is Select and follow the Aroma installation. This cause no problem
Ques: This Rom is Available in Both odex and Deoodex What Do you Prefer ?
Ans: To be True Odex is my option Because It had lots of Advantages. I can Provide you mods with Odex. So not a Problem
Ques: My ARFUN is getting force closes when i open it, how to solve?
Ans: Please update it from PlayStore so it works fine without any force closes
Ques: Can we flash this rom right over .108 / L.B. / rooted / recovery? Do we need to backup TA on locked bootloader?
Ans: Yes you can flash
before Flash make sure of wipe ( recovery wipe data to install new rom ) and then flash this . follow up the aroma
in very few cases you may loose the drm keys so backup of those may help you. it costs you 2 minutes
Ques: Why you prefer Kick animations ?
Ans: Because i am Fan of those Cartoon show
Ques: I had Flashed all the V-2.0 rom but when i reboot my back button not worked any reason ?
Ans: All you need is Set Xperia Keyboard as Default.. all your problem will be solved it was caused by Google keypad
Ques:Why are you using Most of the apps work on Xposed ?
Ans:Because There are 8 Different Frameworks, 15 Different SystemuI, Different Phone UI's.. so adding to each will eat of my time so i made some apps and some persist Xposed modules

I installed twice and gave Xposed installer error and did not open. My luck was to have made data backup. in Aroma, I chose kick boot and stuff and did not appear as I chose. any solution? But I liked the ROM !!!

Yes we can Set the Default theme By adding these lines in Build.prop
persist.sys.themeId=(the installed theme name)
persist.sys.themePackageName=(the data name of theme)
But i thought of not theme-ing. so i haven't changed any theme mate

That was not a big problem i found now why it was ( to be true i havent got that )

The movie apk craches every time, and xpoesd give error. Sorry for my bad English. And sorry that I can't remember all the process in aroma,and what ihave choosed.
I can tell you that in the second time i change something in systemui,I choosed the first one in system ui and the sound is back!!!!
