You don't.
But you can use AwesomeBEATS mod..
I replaced the beats audio after getting the viper4android app. Itz really worth to gve it a try but need to configure the audio levels properly and should use kernals for it. After that i bet you will say awsome

I`ve just flashed the latest HD revolution rom and noticed that it dont have the beats audio in the package
Is that true or i`m doing something wrong among his configurations?
It does, but base 2.17 just allows on and off in the configuration, no more profiles.

Okay I flashed the cyanogenmod rom... and im not sure if i still have my beats audio.. can someone tell me if i do or not and can u help me get it back if not?
I tried CM some days ago and i dont think the beats audio is there in CM...jst try searching here for any mods if they are available for beats audio...!!
AOSP/AOKP/CM10 has inferior sound quality compared to Sense ROMs and does not include Beats Audio, which comes with Sense.
So I'm wondering if any of you have had good luck with any audio mods for aosp since beats isn't built in? I tried viper4android and it seemed pretty decent but what do you guys think?

You can download xloud audio engine. Dont know of its perfomance on cm based roms.
But it works well on Team Venoms 4.0 rom.
Hello, I've been looking for not-Sense-or-GPE ROM's with Boomsound or another sound mod. I've tried CM13 in the past but audio was a no-no for me so I got back to Sense. Any idea how do I get Boomsound? Or is there any mod that is as good as Boomsound which can be flashed without S-OFF?
Currently on S.ROM.
Boomsound won't work with CM, you need the Sense framework. While I don't remember 100%, I think Boomsound will work with GPE ROMs.
Viper4Android is a popular sound mod, that should work with CM or AOSP ROMs.

I actually don't personally use V4A, just aware of it from these forums. But IMO if you really care about sound, you're going to tune it anyway. Everyone has different preferences on how they like sound equalized (treble vs. bass) as well as the varying sound profiles of different headphones, speakers, etc.
