Phone stucked wile recharging

Hi,
i have a problem with my wildfire;
each time i switch it off for recharging, it get stucked.
The led is still orange/red and the phone do not switch on, i have to manually plug off the battery and then plug in again when is unplugged from the charger.
This problem appeared after i had installed cyanogenmod 7 (before it had stock rom)
any idea about that?

Which cwm recovery do you use ?
Afaik its related to recovery .

i don't remember what recovery i had installed, and i don't have access to the phone right now.
i only remember it was a custom recovery with blue UI and that the power button was "back"
there is any recovery is should flash instead?

I had this with my wildfire, and it never really bothered me lol. Anyway it sounds like you have clockworkmod version 5 or above.

It happened to me as well. The work around is to switch the phone on before charging it. Once you reach the bootanimation plug in the charger and it should work as normal. BTW I am using cwm 4. If your phone is completely dead (ie it won't switch on) then plug it in for 15 mins, unplug it pull out the battery and then switch it on and charge it for the remainder.

It's a problem with Clockworkmod 4.0.1.4. Use one of the newer versions like 5.0.2.7. Known problem, offmode charging bug

You are right,but cwm 4 is stable,and support Aroma install

cwm 3 also is totally stable and supports aroma (; probably this is a bug caused by rooting and cwm and u can't change it

I think its a known bug with cm7 or cwm I had same problem try diffrent rom erwins cm9 unoffical I had no issuse with charging also try updating cwm

Update your clockworkmod recovery to 5.0.2.0 or later. Your problem will be gone.

[Q] Wierd Note 2 Problem

I am using Note 2 since 1 and half year without any problems. Till date I have flashed many custom ROM's without any issues. Since yesterday my phone started acting weird. It boots up and within 10-15 seconds after system has started, it reboots. The process repeats like a loop and the phone is literally unusable. I was using Phoenix v18.8 ROM. I tried the following things
1) Formatted the phone completely and reinstalled ROM
2) Tried changing kernel to Nadia and Agni
3) Tried a different ROM to DN3 V5.2
4) Flashed official ND3 firmware through Odin.
5) Removed external sd-card
None of these have solved my problem. The only way I can get my phone to work is if i connect the phone using USB cable to my PC as soon as phone starts. Then again if i restart my phone the same thing happens.
So, is my phone dead ? Is there anything that I can do ?

Have you tried a new battery? A bad battery also can cause strange reboots.

Try to plug your charger and see if restart stops. If your phone works then it's your battery. ..

Yes my phone is charging normally. And yes I have two batteries and tested with both. The problem persists.

The question is why your phone starts with USB connected ? That's where the solution could come .
If plug your charger the phone works/starts or only with USB connected starts?

Oh, I read your problem on miui thread! Have you an external microSD? Which recovery have you got? Can you put on external microSD any other custom ROM?

I have Microsd TWRP Latest i can't put it becuase the tab not turning on even charge it no Sign.

I had a similar situation. If you can put a custom ROM like CyanogenMod on your microSD (for example inserting microSD in another working device and downloading ROM on it), then you can enter in recovery holding right buttons and so flash new working ROM.

I managed to fix it. I rest my tablet and after 30min the LG appear then i start to turn it to recovery to charge my gpad.

The same thing happened to me once or twice on my VK810.4G G Pad 8.3: it doesn't even show the initial charging screen when you plug it in but as you found out if you leave it charge for long enough you can then turn it on.
Hope you don't think I'm being a d1k or XDA Nazi but please put questions in Q&A section, not General, in the future.

My Phone doesn't charged while turn off and no charging animation and can't detect it in my pc but when i power on my phone it charge but still cant detect my phone. I use Blisspop rom when I got into this problem at first It was ok then after 2 days I got into this problem but I think its not rom related I return to my previous back up rom DN4 with A.C mod and still the problem persist..any advise or maybe the problem is the charging port of my n7100.

I try different cable or charger..no use..But in my note 3 its working fine so I guess its not cable,charger or pc.

4.4.2 bootloader.. I don't know what happened it was working before and suddenly stop working.it was charging when my phone was on..but on offline mode it doesn't..neither the MTP doesn't work when powered on.

Stranger, this can happen from old bootloader but if was working before with same rom I don't know. You tried to clean the USB port?

blow some air in port and try to gently press cable when connected, to see if it connects.

Thanks for the reply guys but none of them work. I'm going to bring it tomorrow to the service centre .I still love my note 2 because of A.C mod

Various problem running aicp 12 (14.1-20161118)

Hi guys!
Some time ago i installed the aicp 12 in my ze551ml,it worked good since 1 week ago. i noticed that the fast charge wasnt working,neither the usb does.Connecting the phone to the pc windows gives me error 43 (0x2B) so i cant either fastboot.When i try to flash anything else apart 7.1 based roms the phone is going to boot always in recovery mode (TWRP).I already tried to factory reset and to format dalvik chache but nothing happened,im stuck with a slow charging phone that i cant connect to the computer,any help would be so much great.
Thanks in advice to all the answers.

Sounds like hardware to me. Try a different cable and charger. It could also be the USB port itself.

Well,it seems a usb problem of the phone because i tried with my sister's computer and cables but it gives the exact same error.

If you are handy you can get the part pretty cheap and replace it yourself
