[Q] How to get latest firmware 4.1.2?

My country (South Africa) is slow with the times. The latest firmware out here is 4.1.1. I'm trying to install Simplistic Framework but apparently the earliest it supports is 4.1.2. Now can I just download and flash the stock firmware from the UK from Samfirmware.com? Will it work? Here are the details for that firmware:
GT-N7100 United Kingdom 2013 February 4.1.2 N7100XXDMB2 N7100OXXDMB2
Here are my phone details:
Model: GT-N7100
Product Code: GT-N7100TADXFA
PDA: N7100XXALJ1
CSC: N7100OJVALJ1
Modem: N7100XXALIH
Or should I just flash Omega rom?
Thanks!
firmware update
.. I have same problem with my note 2 n7100 international edition bought it in Russia few month ago but I am in Georgia right no but no new 4.1.2 update arrived. Any one have any info when sumsung will realise new firmware for my country?
I Read that new new firmware have battery drine issue? Is it true? Or it was fixed? Sorry for my english and thanks
ok, i had the same problem in my country with delayed N7100 updates. so i downloaded the UK version of 4.1.2
the UK version worked fine
but i noticed that the battery drain is much more than the stock 4.1.1
i am now on Omega v12 Rom and it is 4.1.2 with great utilities and less battery drain for sure
i recommend Omega for now :good: as the look is the same as the stock 4.1.2 except for few things such as notifications .... etc

I have an s4 mini, recently buyed from italy, i'm from romania and i want to install a stock romanian rom. I've found a stock rom, but it says that:
Model GT-I9195
Model name GALAXY S4 mini LTE
Country Romania
Version Android 4.4.2
Changelist 3173303
Build date Mon, 03 Nov 2014 08:57:23 +0000

My cellphone is this, and my question is: Can i flash this rom, using odin without brick my phone ?
Android version: 4.4.2
Baseband Version: i9195XXUCOJ1
Build Number:KOT49H.I9195XXUCOJ1
SECURE BOOT STATUS: TYPE: SAMSUNG
Should be fine. Least it should not brick anything. I've flashed many different countries stock roms.
You are good to go.
If your device hang on boot screen after this operation, shut it down, restart to recovery (Power Button+Volume Up), Factory reset then reboot.
