Blackend Rom based off 4G OTA?

Hey guys, Team Nocturnal is currently working on a new rom based off the latest EVO 4G RUU, is anyone still running stock anymore or just 2.1, 3.0 ports now? Just taking a poll to see if its worth posting this Rom with stock base or use a 2.1 port. I just want to keep things running smooth with few issues as possible.
Any feedback is welcome, thanks for reading.

Does anybody know if there is an ICS theme available for Sebastiaan's Runnymede AllInOne, seen it on oxygen rom & its quality

there is at least one away a Custom Rom for similar battery runtimes and Working speed as well as the original?
there are alternative for the S-Pen? apart from Papyrus.
