i want to use HTC Weather, but only HTC Weather. There is no need for other functions within HTC Home.
Does anybody know, how I can use HTC Weather stand alone.

Hi guys,
I'm quiet new to the forum and have a question. I have a rooted Desire, which I would like to install the Cyanogen ROM onto but, I would like to get some of the widgets which the default HTC Desire ROM offers.
Is this possible and if yes, where and which widgets can I get?

You can only get HTC widgets on Sense ROMs, CyanogenMod can't have them
Only luck there is, is Fancy Widget (1.3?) if you can find a .apk file, which is a clone of the Sense clock. You don't get the animations though.
I know there's a couple other posts out there mentioning this. None in the Desire section, so some devs may not have seen. Is anyone willing to get scrollable widgets working on HTC Sense? Best of both worlds would be great!
I read something about HTC disabling api apart from on their own widgets, therefore not allowing you to use your own scrollable widgets, sob's.
Ok I've spent the last week looking at custom clocks widgets and find them all lacking.
I just want to have a custom clock skin and the Htc weather instead of the weathers included with them.
Surely there is a way to do this.
So what I'm asking is does anyone know if this is possible, and how to do it?

I have installed many different ROMs on my HTC Desire.
But my Desire has retired now.
I have put it back to original Android 2.2
What a beautiful interface!
The background and the weather widget. :laugh:
So I would like to have that beautiful view on my Xperia Z3C now.
I tried different weather apps, but they do not have the Desire look I desire.
Has anyone extracted the weather apk and the widget?
Has anyone this Desire background?
Or can anyone extract it from a rooted Desire?
It would be great if I can at least immitate the looks of my Desire on to my Z3C
