I got a g pro rooted it flashed a custom rom from cm 11 nightly and snapshot also tried a stable 10.2 rom and after I unzip it and install everything works except I cant hear calls coming or reciving them my data works fine I mean everything just cant hear my calls or when some calls me its like no sound at all. Plz any help would be appreciated had to flash back to my custom rom any it works just fine. ths
If you are on T-mobile there its a fix for that in the Original dev section. Look it up

Lol dude you are very young. You should have some help with this or you can seriously mess up your phone. Original Android Development section can be found on our G Pro thread. It contains a majority of AOSP CM ROMS.

:edit ok so i replaced the meta-inf with that of the stock base im using and it seamed to install fine..... crap i thought i had made a cool (i guess you could call it animation script) for when it installed but oh well
making sure it boots now :\

so i guess my efforts to make a rom are futile

thanks but i started the build over i wanna know what i did to mess it up lol
i was using stock updater script witch may have been the issue seeing as i also had the new kernal in it
guys is there anyway to port samsung s3 rom into one v??i don't mind even if it is cm9 or cm10.pl post the link to download the rom and the method to port thanks in advance......:angel::good:

dude i thought it would work and i flashed the rom....to my surprise it worked i managed to flash it and it was successful but in was stuck at the boot man so no idea how to get through if can pl advise and help me thanks
What about porting something like this ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1826792) although not real touchwiz you sure could fool a few people.

FYI I am going to attempt to port the mytouchux to the one V. I have never ported anything and I can not guarantee I can get this to work and then if I do I can not guarantee that it will functional. Saranhai the creator of the ROM agreed to help me out so let's hope we can some faux touchwiz for the one V

I responded to your PM. This was my first attempt and it seems easy enough but I am getting confused at the build prop editing. Not giving up just busy confused yet determined. I PM the dev who made the Rom maybe he can help clear some confusion for me...sorry to disappoint I am far from a dev

This is a ROM that supposedly allows multiple roms to be installed and allowing you to choose which ROM to boot up with. This is probably a port from nexus 4. There are many things that could go wrong with this and i suggest in my opinion not to try it till the dev officially claims and supports it to be working. But if there are any brave souls out there, u can definitely give it a go and report back haha

there are three files needed to flash this, the multiboot files, a recovery compiled with multiboot features, and another one i dont remember now, its something made originally for the Nexus 7.
theres only the recovery, so idk if it will work.
tho would be awesome to have that, devs should check into it, as would i if i had my computer, but it got stoled when i moved out home.. so, good luck to the testers. lol.

Since you advocate, pls try it out and report here if it works. Also make a detailed post on steps to get this up and running and also on how it works. I know u r not the dev, but at this stage I am not confident to give this a go.

There is a lack of information for people to help. What ROM are you running? My recommendation would be to go to the ROM thread and see if others are having the same problem. Grab the dev a logcat if you can and let the dev know in the thread and not by a PM. Good luck

I don't own a S2 anymore. Try other ROMs. There are a ton more. NY suggestion instead of asking individually, "hey does 'blank' feature work?", you test it out and then say it's not working.

I am having trouble installing roms on my sprint galaxy note 2 (sph-L900) i have only found one that has completly worked and that rom is rwilcos12 mostly stock RW_N2_NE2_v1.0.zip, If anyone can tell me what roms would work with my device please let me know what i am doing wrong. thank you

If rwilcos works than any of the custom 4.4.2 tw roms should work. For help maybe give some real info about the issue.
