Where can I download the radio.zip for my t989. I'm am using cm 10.1.3 with jb 4.2.2 I believe. I just want yo flash through clockwork because I never have tried to use Odin or cwm.

Just so you know, Clockwork and CWM are the same thing. Clockwork is kinda used interchangeably with CWM. At least that's how I've seen it.

Make a backup first. Always make a backup.
Ya I made a complete backup of my original rom even with bloat I find that sometimes original roms are the most stable

I'm looking for a 4.0.4 pre rooted stock ROM bloat in it is fine. I'd like to test something also its my hope to have CM 10 JB kangs, AOKP ICS (kang is already up) and the latest stock ROM with my usual stuff put in. (For people who want stability and wifi calling)

That would be why.... your on a JB rom, using an ics modem.... you need to read.

JB builds do not play nice with ICS modems. You need to flash a JB modem to resolve.
And for other folks, let's try not hitting noobs too hard on the head, okay?

why not just use kies? You can still root jb stock..

If you're asking if there is a zip that will deodex your current setup the answer is no.
If you would like to flash a full ROM that has already been deodexed, the link has been posted above.
There are quite a few great deodexed GB27 ROMs available in the Epic 4G Touch Android Development forum. I can't suggest any because I will not play favoritism toward any developer or their project. You need to decide for yourself what you want to run.

I've used it on GC01. Did you clean cache, dalvik? Try flashing with safe kernel?
