Is there a way to place a bitmap inline with the text so that it centers as a block?
I am trying to great a text line that displays DATE, ALARM ICON and ALARM similar to the stock lockscreen.
I want it so that when the DATE and ALARM changes the ALARM ICON shifts with it.
Thanks!

Is there a quick way to access the alarm clock from the home screen? I wanted to get rid of the clock widgets, but then Im struggling to access to alarm easily. There is an alarm icon on the top but you cant click on it or anything... Anyone knows a shortcut? The only way I found is adding the desktop clock widget... Thanks
I'm running CM9a9 on the WFs, which I use as my alarm clock. I'm just using the default clock loaded with CM9 which has an analog clock on the home screen, but switches to digital when you start the desk clock from the menu on the alarm screen.
My problem is that when you dim the digital clock by either tapping it or after the global dimmer timer kicks in, it switches to a dark blue font on a black screen. My very subtle color blindness makes it appear as nothing but a blank screen from 10 feet away.
I searched through the phone a bit this morning and found the /data/data/com.android.deskclock directory, but the only two XML files buried in there are for the alarm settings. I'd like to find where the colors for the desk clock are defined and change the dimmed font to red or green on black so I can actually see it at night.
Anybody know where that is so I can change it?
Anyone know how to remove the alarm clock icon for the notification bar ???
TIA
Shaun

Without knowing the module make-up of the widget it's a bit hard to say, so here are two general pointers:
If it's a bitmap or a font-glyph. If it's a bitmap you will have to find the one included in the template and open it with a image editor to change it's color.
If it's a font glyph you should be able to just change the text color on the appropriate module.

hey thanks for the reply. it looks like its a bitmap though it came zipped with an xml file.
anyway, maybe u can still help me on something else.
1) how can i get zooper to play, fast foward, reverse and show a pic of a song without opening the mp3 player?
2) how can i get zooper to open my app drawer?
Im on miui10. I cant get the set alarm time to show up. In the status bar it only shows the alarm symbol but not the actual time. The widgets on home screen also wont display the alarm time.
Download another clock app I don't think its possible with default one.
