Who use it here? I need dimensions of it, and any comments are welcome, I just hate all the qi pads out there, as they so small, and it just not looks and feels good with a tablet, from what I understood, this one has multiple coils, so no problems with placing, also it can charge 2 devices, but I can't find any tech specs and dimensions, so I need your help.

First I thought to buy the Google one, but it just to small, and I need 2, for nexus 5 & 7, then I thought, why not to kill 2 rabbits, with 1 bullet, and buy a dual charger, the ZENS looks good, and big, so tablet not look out of place, any other recommendations?
You are not seriously considering buying that dual Zens charger for $100+? That is WAY TOO overprised. I just recently reviewed a single pad one from ravpower (search through a link in my sig) for $35 which you can just take side-by-side to make a dual one for much cheaper, and also will publish another review of DX.com small qi charger (the size of glass coaster) for $20, so it's even cheaper. Both were tested to work great with Nexus 7, and in my opinion a better alternative. Plus think about it, an individual qi charging pad (beside being cheaper), will guarantee 1A of charging current. With a dual one, I seriously doubt you will get evenly distributed 2A current split into 1A feeds, so you will end up with $100 big pad, slower charging, and no flexibility for a small traveling companion.
In my opinion, if your budget is $100, just buy 2x single pads similar to ravpower (you can find it on amazon or ebay from other sellers even cheaper, probably under $30), and tape them together for one pad that will cost you < $60.
I contacted ZENS, and they told me that, it do work with nexus 5 & 7 at the same time, I don't know the tech specs, so I'm waiting for reply, from them.
Also, my problem is the size if current single pads, and I don't need a travel solution, just good charger for home use only, they just too small, not in terms of, that they not work, but it not looks good with tablet, as they made for smartphones, the ZENS dual, at least have size, also, it not like those cheap Chinese one, it has multiple coils, and that important to know when talking about cost, also, I don't care to spent 100$ on it, because more and more devices out, with "qi", so it will be used with other devices, It's like laser printers, they cost more than inkjet, but they print and print more with one toner, so if you buy something, that will be used for long time, just buy the best you can,or at least with a good value for long time. As for the charger, I think it has 2-3A input, but has some circuit, that allow only 1A for each device...but not sure about it

Yes i would like to recommended you choe qi wireless charging pad, using this you can charger any smart phone and you can purchase only in $39.99 with FREE Shipping at ChoeTech Amazon Store.
Whats the smallest QI wireless charging receiver (the foil) folk have come across?
I need one that's 40mmx40mm or less. Most seem to about 37x62.
Anyone got some old/duff ones they could cut and see if the excess padding material can be removed without jeopardising the coil/operation......?
I want to make my Omate TS wireless chargeable.
As far as I know, their sizes are standard and open. You should go check the official Qi site.

Thanks, but the Wireless Power Consortium is just the owner of the Standards - its up to the manufacturers' to build. Many of the cheap Asian suppliers are probably not certified anyway.
Although I can trawl through, e.g, Amazon, Ive not yet found the right size, and expect it might be more specialised.

I'd like the thin one than the small one( I'm sure I will lose it someday), I think most QI receiver are standard you can try LuguLake wireless Qi
receiver, It's thin enough that you can put on your case.
LuguLake wireless Qi is a transmitter (charger) not a receiver. the receiver coil is inside the phone and it looks like a small, thin patch. You'll only see it if you bought it for a Galaxy or something similar. You can find quite a lot of them on eBay for 5-7 $.
Regarding the transmitter coil, I've read the standard and there are some 2-3 specified sizes. Anything bigger or smaller would make things not work correctly. Even more, I've seen at least 3 kinds or chargers and their coils were about the same.
The TrueSmart is about 45 x 45 mm. At that external size, I don't see the inside as having enough space for a Qi coil. On top of that you'd need some charging circuit. Don't forget that Qi standard specifies communication between the charger and the phone (which I've captured on oscilloscope too).
I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm just stating some facts.

Daniel - thanks for your comments - hopefully they will help others understand; I should have stated more info first:
I'm fully conversant with QI technology, I know the difference between charger (transmitter) and receiver.
I have a charger; its currently wirelessly charging my OnePlus One.
The size of my TS is indeed 45mm, and I know the general size of commercial receivers is bigger than this.
Hence reaching out to the community if anyone has access to something smaller!

hi @CPGOD - did you ever find a smaller Qi receiver coil for purchase? I'm looking for one myself actually. The smallest I've found is this: https://www.adafruit.com/products/1901
Which is small, but not small enough. I need one that's not much bigger than 35x35mm square at most. The smallest I've seen in a product is the round one in the bottom of the Moto 360 smartwatch, but I think they had that made custom.
I know this is an old tread, but did anyone find one?
Found round 10mm X 1mm thick.

Check this site out lots of options if you just search "wurth". You will still need a charging circuit to adapt coil to device, but you should have some room to spare now.

Maybe something like this with a USB C if available

I was reading for a while through the various subforums here trying to catch some info on selecting the "best" qi charger for charging our devices here at home (N4, N5 + some others). Finally after reading this review I came to the conclusion that in terms of efficiency, power consumption and charging time more or less all qi chargers perform equal. There are some exceptions tho, like the Panasonic TM101 with it's moving coil or the Tylt VÜ. Both allow free positioning (more or less) of the devices.
I noticed that especially with a case on, proper alignment becomes very important. So you give up fiddling with tiny microUSB connectors but have to deal with aligning the phone to accquire efficient charging. So I wonder is there any affordable charger out there with multiple coils?

I have almost all the big names out there. I have the nexus 4 orb charger and the nexus 5 charger. The energizer and LG verizon branded one. I also have the Tylt Vu. Now I have the AirDock in the car.
To me multiple coils is a feature and not really required. The only one I have that has multiple coils is the Tylt Vu. Its good, but has a big footprint so that charger remains next to my alarm clock and LG G Watch charging set up. I have the LG verizon charger that my wife uses for the Nexus 4. and I use the Nexus 5 pad at work because that had the smallest footprint. I have used various cases with each of these chargers, including the airdock. From the Spigen Ultra Hybrid to the Nexus 4 replica bumper for the Nexus 5, they all work. Sure the Tylt can charge my phone horizontally, but that's it really. lol.
I guess to answer your question, the cheapest multi coil? Well even though this technically not a mulit coil, it does locate your coil for you on your qi compatible device. Pretty neat IMO.
Panasonic QE-TM101

Here's a cheapy tylt VU clone
http://www.dx.com/p/itian-a6-3-coil...let-pc-mobile-phone-black-325355#.U_O10EFaUTk
And here's a late addtion...the Nillkin 3 coil charger
http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/141370021990?lpid=82
Thanks for your answer. The Panasonic charger is, according to most reviews, not supporting trickle charging. If the device is charged completely the coil returns to initial position and the battery dicharges. In some cases there is also the charging coil repeatedly moving to the device and back to parking position again. Plus for some odd reason it is only available from Japan as direct import.
Tylt VU is way too overpriced, although the concept behind it seems great. Even the clone is too expensive.
So far the Nillkin Energy Stone looks good. Just cannot sind any serious reviews of it. Also only shipping from HK only which could be a problem due to strict german customs here
Hey guys, I had a circle Qi chinese brand charger that used to work with my slim case, now I got a thicker one and the wireless charger simply couldn't handle it, does anyone here knows a good powerful charger that works with thick cases for the G3? (link from eBay would be appreciated)
thanks
anyone?
In general, I think Qi chargers will only bridge about 5 to 7mm, and I don't think there are any more powerful versions. There are a few (Nokia, Tilt Vu, some others) that use three coils, rather than only one, but I think this just increases the size of the sweet spot, not the power.

That is 100% correct, the qi standard is changing so that it can be ~1in away but that won't be until at least next year from what I have read.
Hello all!
Been searching and googling like crazy but not finding what I need, so thought I ask here.
Basically looking for the smallest USB charger with QC 3 with EU plug, so when I m traveling in Europe I can throw it and a small cable in my trouser pocket and plug in at a bar/ restaurant wherever, and get the battery filled quickly...
I have a Sammie S6, but thought I get a QC 3 charger for future phone compatibility.
I love the flat form factor of this type of small Apple chargers, perfect for pocket carry:
https://goo.gl/images/lG4VNS
But they are 1 Amp so not fast enough.
From all the searching Ive done the HTC OEM charger looks like the best bet so far (OEM samsung is QC 2). There are some other ok small ones, but they are in a cube form which is not good for pocket carry.
Anyone can recommend the best small QC 3 charger? The Aukey and Anker ones look good but are much bigger than the Apple one.
I want to avoid the Chinese eBay fire hazards for obvious reasons.
Side question: for future proofing is it better if I just go to a USB-C charger and use it with a USB-C to micro USB cable?
Thanks in advance!
Hi, if you would pardon, I would hope you can kindly keep your eyes on Allmaybe. We are expecting to launch a dual-port UBS wall charger next month, one QC3.0 and one smart port. Both are 2.4A max output.
As for your concern "I want to avoid the Chinese eBay fire hazards for obvious reasons", I can promise you the quality meets standards of leading charging brands. We had run a big giveaway here in XDA and till now no winner has contacted me for quality issues. http://www.xda-developers.com/usa-only-mega-charger-crate-giveaway/
As for the size, QC3.0 charger, especially those of 2 ports can not be too small considering its temperature control and heat dissapation. Hope it helps.
Thanks!
Will keep an eye out for when it comes out!
I asked the same question before
