Because your phone have these apps already with the same samsung signature. This means that you have to overwrite the current music player with that one but be patient. If something goes wrong you'll land in a bootloop and than you'll have to flash a firmware with odin

Flashable zip and adb push tool for Deodexing Xperia M
ODEX vs DEODEXED ROM
Short version:
deodexing a ROM opens up full customization oppurtunities. (themers will understand)
Long Version:

Tools i used:
Android Kitchen! a very user friendly tool.! i used it in ubuntu.

What I did:
For 4.1.2
deodex all apks in:
/system/app/ (41 apks)
deodex all jars in:
/system/framework/ (33 jars)
For 4.2
deodex all apks in:
/system/app/ (50 apks)
deodex all jars in:
/system/framework/ (39 jars)
Installation:
-- Make sure u have busybox installed.
-- Download and the flash the file in recovery.
-- Refer post #28 if u get any errors while flashing

OR
If you dont have unlocked bootloader use adb method
-- Make sure u have busybox installed.
-- Download the required firmware and tool zip and extract it
-- extract such that both system folder from firmware zip and tool folder from tool zip are present in the same directory ( check screenshot)
-- connect phone to pc and enable usb debugging
-- run push.bat in tool folder
reboot once.
this will replace all deodexed files with present ones and remove all .odex files
Tested on pure stock .
Note:
deodexing 4.1 works perfectly.!
however, 4.2 zips may cause bootloops, this is not a problem with the zips but with the improper rooting procedure of 4.2. so folow this guide to FULL root 4.2 ROM first. and then flash the deodex zip.

the adb push tool does only the adb commands which I posted. in case u dint know that.. the tool is just for new ppl who don't understand adb commands.

what error did u get in the tool?
EDIT: try removing the line 'adb shell su -c stop' from the push.bat file and then run the tool.
tell me if u get any single error.. with a screenshot if possible

Xperia M C1904_15.4.A.0.23 Generic INDIAN firmware
Hey guys, i just repacked the INDIAN firmware for xperia M i.e. the C1904 using the PC Companion yesterday, people here in INDIA are a bit conscious about the change in the version by the global firmware, as it makes the device C1905. So here's a bit effort done by me, please appreciate if you find it useful.
Here is the link for the Single folder from my Google drive, It includes 4 parts, i made it so because many people says that G-drive doesn't allows some time to resume the file, so download it in fragments and enjoy :angel:

[Q][SOLVED] Need some files from /System folder

I overwritten some of the files of /system for trying Smart social camera app MOD.
But now i want to go back to my Stock camera. So i need following stock files(without any modification) of XM dual c2004.
System/app/CameraAddonPermission.apk
System/framework/com.sonymobile.camera.addon_impl.jar
and any file from the attached image that overwrites the original system files(i guess there are 4 files) in /system/bin
Please Help....

bro u have dual ftf ri8?
then extract the system.sin
use flashtool extract the .sin ..it will give .ext4 then use http://sourceforge.net/projects/ext...ext2explore 2.0 beta/ext2explore.exe/download
and extract ext4 ...use any file u want

I flashed the stock firmware succesfully and now phone is Ok..

[DEODEX][C69XX] 14.4.A.0.108 deodex patch - all Z1 variants!

Information
This will deodex 14.4.A.0.108 firmware for Xperia Z1.
This will work on C6902 / C6903 / C6906 / C6943 (be sure to use the correct version).
Requirements
Xperia Z1 with 14.4.A.0.108 stock KitKat.
Working recovery (Don't have recovery? Try XZDualRecovery by @[NUT])
Instructions
Flash the zip on recovery.
Clear dalvik-cache.
Reboot to system.
Additional info
Before you flash, create a backup on your recovery (in case anything goes wrong).
This won't root your device!

You only lose custom system apps, such as SuperSU, or other regional App that Sony might have included in your ROM, just reinstall it though Play Store and you're good to go!

The zip on the second post wasn't made by me. It's probably a problem related to permissions. Anyway, you can install the deodex zip and Uninstall bloatware using root browser.
And yes, my zip packages are working, I used the same script for .681 and .757 and got no problems.

That too ain't working for me, I do my research.
C6902 deodex patch is what I'm looking for, just to inform, if in case you plan to help me sir.

I have few rooted apps installed like ifonts, xposed installer, etc will I lose everything after updating this deodex patch?
