Change the start intro when you turn on the phone

Hi all,
does everyone know how to put the introduction of the official wm6 for dopod (the black screen with the circles and the points that makes the word dopod) which appears before the green one of windows mobile, and change another start theme of another rom with that?is is possible?

Follow the link above to see a perfect guide written by MrVanx. Its not that difficult, but you have to follow every single step carefully.
The green screen is the welcomehead.96.png, this one you can chance very easy. The other one is the splashscreen, you have to create a new one and flash it as explained in the guide

Existing Splash Screen
What about the reverse?
This might be a silly question. Not really a need but thought it might be challenging to someone.
How do I extract the Splash screen of existing ROM?

how can i change the animated htc-logo?
not the first screen with rom describtion.
the second screen with the animated htc logo.
i will change the animation.
i need a little tutorial.

tthis is first in my case smart mobility. i revrited with this. i think its the best one.

this booting splash screen has to be flashed. the same way as flashing firmware...
then im using for next two animations this one:

HELP finding tp2 bootup screen to flash to!

Hey if someone could help me find the link on how to flash my htc tilt2 to the original touch pro 2 boot up touch pro 2 screen when you first turn on the phone id greatly appreciate it b/c up until now ive had no such luck finding it and I know that I seen it before

Just flash a Shipped ROM, they all come with splash screens. The HTC ones should do it.

For those that know. Would someone mind creating a tutorial on how to create a custom splash screen? I figure the more people that know how to create the more hands we have working to further advance our community.

[Q] Splash Screen (S-Off) Question....

I need instructions on how to Flash a Splash screen and Have been searching for the MTS specific instructions and there are none. Would someone mind posting up the instructions step-by-step so us MTS owners with S-Off can do this safely ? The Droid Incredible has a thread in how to do it but thee file names are different I'm sure from the droid to the MTS.

Check out my post in the themes section about the splash screen and click the link there, I got my splash screen to change within minutes.
