Extract file and flash on PDA Via ODIN.

Hi guys! I've been thinking about installing KK on my Tab 3. I've got some questions about this update. Will I be able to use my SIM Card and use it as phone like right now if my actual firmware is T211XXAML5 and modem like on the screen shot(I know that update changes modem). My CSC is TPL(T-Mobile Poland). Is it safe to update? And which country has better firmware(better stability and battery life)

I bought a Galaxy watch 46mm sm-r800 and when I boot it up the doest time it shows Russian. I can switch languages no problem.
I looked on samfirmware but couldn't find any ROMs to use with Odin.
