FIX FOR AUDIO (IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IT): Honami-Slim-v1.zip
Backup your stuff, flash with a recovery. If you get an error during the flashing reboot and retry again, seems an error with update-script who isn't able to remount the /cache after the cleanup. Alternatively before install this zip you can unmount all partitions.

You don't need to install gapps, this rom comes with gapps-core, so anything else you need download it from playstore.

Camera button unlock the phone and open the camera, pay attention that the first time you do that (maybe after a reboot) is quite slow, after 2 3 times become faster.
Also, if you press FOCUS when the phone is locked will turn on the screen and when you'll release it will sleep again ;)

Just confirmed trying to make a call resets the singnal with both data on and off... It's gives a massage out of service area

i've seen that issue on Xperia T AOSP/CM builds ... try to replace snd_soc_msm_Taiko and snd_soc_msm_Taiko_1x with the attached one and report back... (system\ect\snd_soc_msm folder)

I think it not the same issue.It due to the rom bug.
He say setting not effect and the volume always full.Not volume not enough.
I couldn't seem to get GPS to work, anyone else got GPS?

To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked boot loader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed
1 Copy the downloaded AOSB to your phone.
2 update recovery, is required for install android kitkat
3 Boot into your recovery
4 Back up your ROM
5 Enter recovery
6 Make full wipe "included "system"
7 Install the ROM
8 install GAPPS package
9 Reboot - the first boot can take up to 2 minutes

When i turn on bluetooth, i get a force close, but i cant get a log cat at the moment. Sorry.
Only bugs I see so far are FC with DSP Manager within Google Play Music and also weird audio issues within playing YouTube Videos. Keep up the great work!

so i dunno if its just me but if you try to share a link from youtube to facebook, all i get is a black screen. im gonna see if its cause i switched it over the AOSB black toggle in settings. but anything else i might have missed would be a big help.
Any other kernels usable with this? Like EliteLunar Kernels by chance?
Edit: running the latest EliteLunar AOSP kernel in correlation with crossbreeder. So far so good.

Tap and hold on two of your Recent Apps, then choose > Add to Split View.
Switched over from Vanir and am absolutely loving this ROM. I was curious though, is it at all possible to disable the vibration of when the back button and home buttons get pressed?

Just an update, unsure if it was due to the EliteLunar Kernel, Crossbreeder or the ROM but I lost all responsiveness to my screen for about 5 minutes. I could power the screen on but couldn't touch at all. Also the button combination to hard reset the phone wouldn't work either.

So far the only time I've seen that reported was because of elite kernel. I also don't see the point of cross breeder since entropy was fixed in android about two years ago.

Try the kernel that came with the rom, or the one I uploaded today.

I can't effectively support issues related to using other kernels.

I clean flashed the rom, with the new kernel you posted and I could not hear people on calls. I flashed elite kernel and it fixed the problem. Other than that everything that Ive tried is working and smooth. Thanks for your work.

It's aosp and the Google apps are separate which technically adds another 250mbs or so to the entire thing. Still a lot less than a sense ROM. Trust me though this is a great rom. I'm personally not a huge fan of aosp but this one is awesome.

To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked boot loader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed
1 Copy the downloaded AOSB to your phone.
2 update recovery, is required for install android kitkat
3 Boot into your recovery
4 Back up your ROM
5 Enter recovery
6 Make full wipe "included "system"
7 Install the ROM
8 install GAPPS package
9 Reboot - the first boot can take up to 2 minutes
10 Recommended to Reboot again after ROM is up for the first time

FAQ and Know issues:
when probam in black turn on , the systemui make force close
try to switch off black ui then restart and try enable it again
after dirty flash the device hangs and systemui make force close
you need to make wipe all and clean cache and make fresh install in this case
when try video recoding the device freeze or slow down
screen video record with ondemand or pegasusq governors u will have a laggy recorded video. If you try with performance governor from performance in settings , then the video will be a lot smoother.
Camera crashing some times and not works anymore "camera not connected"
the rom included an small application "camera restart" you can use it for fix this issue
titanium recovery not restore my applications
For those who cannot find their previous files, because CM based rom will target the sdcard storage to use root/0/ directory.
So normally all the files besides the root/0/ directory will not be shown on the file explorer.
To solve this, you will need a file browser that has ROOT capability, eg. Root Explorer
then go to mnt/shell/emulated/ all your file should be here.
Now move all the files into mnt/shell/emulated/0/ folder.
Should solve the problem.
Privacy guard IS working?
after enabling privacy guard in security settings
you have to switch to settings>apps and then choose to enable or disable each app individually.
I'm sure nobody would want to tick every single app, that would almost be the same as enabling airplane mode.

for now you can choose between HALO or multi-window, but not both at same time, dev is working on it

I'm highly impressed by this ROM. It's definitely in a lane on its own. However, I do agree that this ROM needs some more speed and fluidity. Once that's covered, this ROM will be freaking perfect! I appreciate the work devs and keep on continuing your great work!

FAQ and Know issues:
when probam in black turn on , the systemui make force close
try to switch off black ui then restart and try enable it again
after dirty flash the device hangs and systemui make force close
you need to make wipe all and clean cache and make fresh install in this case
when try video recoding the device freeze or slow down
screen video record with ondemand or pegasusq governors u will have a laggy recorded video. If you try with performance governor from performance in settings , then the video will be a lot smoother.
Camera crashing some times and not works anymore "camera not connected"
the rom included an small application "camera restart" you can use it for fix this issue
titanium recovery not restore my applications
For those who cannot find their previous files, because CM based rom will target the sdcard storage to use root/0/ directory.
So normally all the files besides the root/0/ directory will not be shown on the file explorer.
To solve this, you will need a file browser that has ROOT capability, eg. Root Explorer
then go to mnt/shell/emulated/ all your file should be here.
Now move all the files into mnt/shell/emulated/0/ folder.
Should solve the problem.
Privacy guard IS working?
after enabling privacy guard in security settings
you have to switch to settings>apps and then choose to enable or disable each app individually.
I'm sure nobody would want to tick every single app, that would almost be the same as enabling airplane mode.

Got a TMo-US D801. There are 2 LP bootstacks at the link posted in the OP. I know the differences... but which LP bootstack needs to be flashed? Loki or Bump? I figured Bump since it's a newer exploit but I didn't want to assume. I soft bricked my D801 a few times already once because I flashed the wrong LP bootstack. Had to unbrick by using Ubuntu & manually flashing the individual partitions so, I'm trying to avoid having to do that again (even though it's not that hard).

I am using the loki-fied one on my D802 with SlimLP. I suppose you need the loki one, but I am not sure as you are using a D801.

Interesting. Running eos right now and loving it, but I want to try layers. Still, using sabersunset a few months back was a disaster :good::laugh:

One of the main reasons that I'm using this rom is RRO and its' speed.
Every time I try CM themes my phone gets slow and unsmooth.

I believe it is a caf issue at the moment [emoji106]

About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean. In the early days it was just a one man show on one device, the EVO 3D. Since then, many others have joined the project and it has grown exponentially.

After Jelly Bean, we decided to move to a new base, OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting base because it challenged us to see what we could do with a project that had different goals in mind. We learned a lot and again, gain contributors. With Lollipop, we moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. We grew even more and learned a whole lot more.
It has been an awesome learning experience and is still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward. Lastly, we DO NOT accept, nor ask, for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc. We will never ask for a dime. I'm getting a FC from the theme chooser, what gives?
This is due to restoring data/apps from Google. Go ahead and clear data and cache for theme chooser and theme provider then reboot you should be good moving forward.
I changed my LCD density and now the navbar looks weird, what gives?
This is currenly an issue that we are aware of and addressing. For now after you changed density reset navbar layout or stay on the stock density.

I honestly think not, DU is not based on CM (it's based on AOSP), it only has CM Theme Engine.

I understand it conflicts with the core (XPOSED v86 for 6.0.1) takes place the first load and then restart the phone if it does not start. Aggregate have to do to put the firmware or reset 0

It's the same kernel..
About 3.10, someone tried to port it to fusion3 but no luck yet.. I think he even stopped trying

Thanks friend, will do that, I was cautious a bit because I don't own the device, but on yuga it runs just fine so yes, it can go to stable if no major stuff is bad on odin.

Fantastic ROM! Been using it for days without a flaw.
Just the common no sound during calls issue, but got it fixed via Google Play Services permissions.
