In the past when gesture typing hasn't worked for me it's been the gapps package I used

Gesture typing has worked on multiple roms with the gapps package I'm using, but it doesn't on this one. Other than that, this is running great.

Ooh.. you back, thanks so much
You are my fav from NS4G

I have now had 2 random freeze ups that required battery pulls. Was using askp grande kernel. Have switched to fancy to see if that helps.

Gesture typing isn't even an option when I checked it, but having proper data hand-off is what's keeping me on this rom. All the features that I want are here and I don't have to run CM. Happy days.
Also, there doesn't seem to be a toggle to show data activity in the status bar. Not sure if that was a feature added in, but as long as mobile data works I'm happy.
Edit: And of course I spoke too soon. Data switched from Wifi, to 4g, to 3g the first time, then never worked again after that. My problem so far with every KK rom is I can switch from Wifi to 4g, but never to 3g. Have to reboot with the radio forced on 3g for 3g data to work.

Welcome back!
It's been a long time and you've been missed. Thanks for giving my Gnex life again. I'll be flashing this as soon as I get home from work!

Almost positive it is an added feature. Only way to see data activity in KitKat is to pull down quick settings. Unless the option is added into a ROM.
Since switching to fancy kernel, I have had one random freeze when trying to open the Google dialer. Dunno if its the dialers fault since I had to flash it or if its the ROM. When I was running askp kernel, the freezes came when doing random stuff.
The last freeze was a few hours ago. Hopefully its ironed itself out as everything else is great!
Spoke too soon. Another issue with lockscreen not unlocking unless I click on one of my dashclock widgets. Also, and the deal breaker for me, getting some serious random glitches with apps. Take a peak
Guess it didn't save my screenshot of tapatalk doing something similar. Hope it gets all ironed out cause I'd love to come back to this ROM.

I've not had any issues and I've surfed the web, watched flash videos on dolphin browser, and played a couple games at lunch break.
Running mpokang sr with slimbean 4.4.2 minimal gapps.
Also, I had to umount /system to get it to flash due to symlink failure, but flashed fine after unmounting.

When I saw that CNA was back I jumped out of my chair and shouted for joy! I am installing this as I type!

Alright so I saw Superuser in "Other Tools", can anyone confirm that this means SU is built into the rom like CM and PA?

You won't regret it. No issues with it here. So happy to have pie back! I didn't miss it as much with the new immersive mode, but I love being able to just swipe my thumb from the right and having all my buttons right there!

Hmmm, where exactly are you getting PIE from? I have HALO enabled but I see no section for PIE.
Also, any idea if Codnamedroid plans on adding theme-chooser to this rom? Honestly I'm digging it so far, really the only thing I would like to see is Theme-chooser added and a volume settings option in quicksettings.

Sorry. This was built specifically for the E980 . If your model supports cm for the e980 on the e988 then I don't see why it wouldn't work as this is based off of that but again I'm going to say that's your call.

Always was a fan of this ROM. Glad to see you've jumped on board for the N10!
Is there ANY way you could please give us the option to move the navigation buttons to the left or right corners? Thanks!
Is anyone else getting camera/gallery FC's? Also for some reason my android beams won't complete.

The ROM is awesome, thanks Devs! Here are a few bugs that I've found.
1. Lockups when multitasking ie Nav+music+?
2. Graphic glitches here and there: Sometime a transition will black the screen out, glitches in play store.
3. Getting unknown error with google play services (pa gapps minimal) cleared data and reboot... seems to be working for now.
Also, the OP states there is support for CM voice+ yet there is no apk for it. Is there a separate download for it or is this a feature that will be implemented in the future?

Glad to see that I'm not the only one suffering from #1. I've been having this problem on many 4.4 ROMs, except for Vanir.

I attempted install with TWRP and it failed, then flashed Philz CWM recovery and flashed just fine
I have yet to find a rom that will play games smoothly, I will assume that choppy games are due to the graphic driver. NFS hot pursuit drives really slow, especially when other cars are close, and Fruit Ninja responds to my swipes quite slowly. Not only this ROM though, has happened on vanir and cMetal CM version.

The only disappointment I see from that feature list is PA QuickTiles. I believe PA QuickTiles aren't too good. CM has done a far better way than PA in this department.
Welcome back , and thanks for put in such long feature list will definitely try this out !

OrionOS is a project based on slim. The name Orion was chosen as a representation of the beauty and vastness of the world around us (Too much Philosophy, eh? ). We started this project for Falcon (Moto G), to make a stable Rom, which would include Bitsyko layers and important customization. The Rom is built with Uber toolchain which delivers awesome smoothness and includes a custom kernel built from ground-up to ensure good performance [WIP]. Needless to say, this project is a product of our hobbies and the love we bore for Android.

wellcome. Will test your now.
Not for you but i wish all of these AOSP developers unite and cook one ROM withm everything in.
which bootstack?
Another rom with layers instead of cm theme engine - nice to see that! I will surely test this one soon
One question though. What kernel sources are you using? I may recommend checking zg85 github (https://github.com/HealthyHoney/kernel/commits/lp511), he's doing a really well job for our D802. And probably flashing his kernel or any slim-based rom would cause a bootloop due to ramdisk incompatibilities.

ok found the issue. I've have first applied xposed module and then layers. so it doesn't work or eneded up in bootloop. When first activating layers than xposed it worked well.
now I have one problem..
how can I completely disable nav bar and slim pie ? as you can see the nav bar is gone but the place below seems still to be there for the nav bar. I've tried to set the high level to 0 dpi, I completely disable navbar with gravitybox, Ive added the line to build. prop to hide it.... but it just doesn't vanish completely ...
EDIT:
I love this rom. it's so fast and smooth even when I use facebook.
how about updates? will you support that rom?
I've found a bug: I'm loosing Wi-Fi. It dropped the connection
fix wifi: do not restore password with titanium backup. If you do that you will loose wifi connection. Than you have to delete the /data/misc/wifi folder or so

Lp bootstack.
I am trying this rom from yesterday and so far SOOOO good... One question. In other roms there is an option on clock apk to turn off the alarm icon on notification bar. I can't find that option here. Is it somewhere else?
Thanks again for the great rom.
Work with bootstack hybrid? Have anti piracy?

We don't want to bloat the ROM by adding many or useless features.. Our features are hand picked by our team after analysing it.. I'll look into this..
Unfortunately Currently we don't have hide alarm icon.
Orion 1.6 is ready, will release it as soon as its possible.
Cheers..
