Hi, i am trying to push this app to system,
This app is great, very useful to avoid the using of home button.
However, every time I restart the phone after pushing it to system and set the right permission, It never be installed.
I wonder what's wrong ?
I've installed it on my another phone without any problems, and guess what ? It works like charm ! :good:
I am SM T211 owner anyway
my device is rooted, stock
any help would be highly appreciated

So i have followed the guide using Qemuroot and Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v26 So i kept trying all day and nothing seemed to worked the user user app was installed but nothing was showing up on it and the app was not working correctly so i kept on trying and trying. And then apperently i backedup the device inside the system with the noneworking superuserapp inside it so now every single time i do factory restore it restores with superuserapp installed. I am still attempting to root the device it is currently 7.2.0 because of Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v26 i am un able to update it and unable to root is agan because the tools are not detecting the device anymore even tho the computer still recognises it and the device works perfectly. Please how do i remove the superuserapp from inside the system? Is there a way i can intall factory manually. And why wont the adb find the device anymore? Please help :crying:

Pretty sure this is in the wrong forum. I would point you to the right one, but I don't know what device you have.

Okay, what the hell?! Every now and again (usually when I'm running Dolphin Browser and/or trying to cut/copy/paste) I get a floating notification at the bottom of the screen that says 'shell has been granted Superuser permissions'! It flashes a few times and then my phone restarts. When it turns back on, I have to restart Juice Defender and SwiftKey (default keyboard ALWAYS comes back, even if I shut down or restart myself!) manually. I went into the Superuser application the other day and there was nothing in there by the name of 'shell.' In fact, the only two things I have granted Superuser permissions to are Titanium Backup and the Android System (is this the culprit, I wonder). Either way, this problem has become a real pain in my ass. It always happens at the most inconvenient times. I would really, REALLY appreciate a solution to this problem.
Also, I have my phone set up just the way I like it, as far as the layout and what not. I've only rooted my phone, I have not replaced the G/UI or OS. If I backup my phone on Kies, wipe it and restore the backup, will it restore the root, Superuser, etc? Or just my apps, data, UI layout and what not? I'm beginning to think that I don't know enough about rooting, or just have horrible luck with it, and need to just run the phone stock. Is there a way to root, delete bloatware and unroot?
Thanks in advance for the help! I appreciate it.

Seriously? No one knows anything about this? There's another post about the same problem that has also gone unanswered.

Does it happen every time you copy paste something? Have you tied other browsers to copy paste from?
Something could have happened during rooting. I assume you have a cusom recovery? I might try and flash Chainfire's root method found here http://download.chainfire.eu/324/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.30.zip It will just overwrite the supersu and the su binaries.
If that doesn't do anything for ya I would Odin back to the stock rooted ROM found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426 and start over. Or try one of many great custom ROM that are available.
I don't know what else you could do. If you could get a logcat it would definitely help find out why you are having these issues, and actually solve them. There are plenty of resources on how to obtain a logcat here on xda. Or try an app from the store to save the logcat. PM me with the attachment and I will look at it for you.
I could be totally wrong. BUT I think its samsung doing it. When I denied it permissions it restarted. I did it again and it did the same. I think its intertwined b.c I never had it with AOSP roms
Cyanogenmod version?
please , help.
Unfortunately I don't hold the answer to your question. Rather, I have interest in asking you a question. Now, I guess you have had success in rooting and installing a custom recovery onto your device...? If so, will you please share the method which you used please? I have tried using framaroot, poot, towelroot, androot, and kingoroot. The only achievement towards the granting of full root permissions I have gotten to so far is my device stating that it is rooted. I have installed SuperSU and busybox but, after the installation of SuperSU into my system, the icon is no longer available in my app drawer. I can see it when in my app folder on my system when using my file browser but I cannot remove it to attempt a reinstallion. I have tried several different file browser yet still come up empty handed when trying to mount my system as r/w. Also, I have installed one of the several MTK Engineer Mode apps. Upon doing so I discovered that there was a button listed "user2root". Naturally, being an individual who will push the big red button even after being warned against it, I pushed the root button. Immediately a toast message popped up informing me that root permission had been successful. I then went back into my file manager and tried to mount my system as r/w. Nothing had changed in anyway after that though. The stock .IMG file was pretty quickly found on gsmphonearena.com but, I could not seem to find a lick of information about fully rooting the device or the installation of a custom recovery .IMG file on there either. So as you can tell, I'm a bit at a loss here. If you or anyone else out there that can possibly help pull me outta this rut I'm currently in, it would be greatly appreciated as I can just about guarantee that it is not only I out there who is struggling with this issue.
Hey guys not sure if this may interest you but the version that works the best is Phil's touch Recovery.
Hi all. Don't know when this problem started to happen but no matter which widget Im using it doesn't get updated. The Clock remains unchanged, it just stays still until I go into setting and update it manually :/. Tried everything. Everything was fine earlier. Im using Zooper widget

Problems related to specific apps must be reported to corresponding threads here in xda.
I noticed you have a lot of problems due to the intensive use of customisation apps. why not consider factory reset ?
factory reset didnt help
new soft neither
Hi guys, could anyone help me how to get rid of the "Others" in storage? It already consume 7gb of my storage.. :crying::crying::crying:
It is the space reserved by the OS itself. Of course, bloatware included. The only way you can reduce it is to root your device and delete some of the system apps or flash a custom rom.

Thanks man! So if i root my device now, i can't totally get rid all of it....Coz whenever i installed something, the app goes to the Apps tab, so with the Others tab (same scenario when uninstalling). And also, thus having a custom rom lessens the heating(too much) of the device? Thanks a lot man.
