[Q] How to shut off sound

Every time I go into a web browser I get a voice telling me click and the web page I am on. If I click on a topic then it reads out-loud. How do I shut this off I have tried to disable the talk feature. I don't want to turn off Google voice for texting and I just want the web talking voice shut off. Can someone help me? Also I have two other questions that I would like to find. An easy way to root my phone and if it don't work out to unroot my phone with the factory stock ROM? And I am looking for an app that allows me to have all my emails and phone calls out calls and in calls logged into my calendar. I had a windows phone a few years ago and stumbled on an app. Was wondering if Android had a similar app? thanks so much, pretty much new to the android scene. I am glad to have found this site. Want to thank anyone who can help me out.

Use this thread to flash a stock firmware for your device to remove root properly.

Sorry I really am not into wasting my time. Hear to find some help on my android device. I am pretty new to all this. And PORN is not my thing.

Ads won't go away?!?

After a long search on the internet and trying some ideas to make this process works, the results remain the same.
I still receive these annoying Chinese ads in my status bar.
I used Airpush Detector and several other apps, Airpush couldn't find any ads but Ad Away did.
It deleted two apps and I thought it was all over.
When I woke this morning the first thing I saw, Chinese ads in the notification bar.
It's getting frustrating really tbh.
Can somebody help me out please?

Go to application manager and disable notifications in the suspected apps which u think its giving u push notifications

Long press on the notification, choose App Info, and that should tell you which app is to blame.

[Q] Fake no root?

I play puzzle and dragons recently. And it blocks you if your phone has root. I wonder if there is any method to hide my root. I have tried many application but it doesn't work.
My phone info:\
Galaxy S3
Android 4.1.2
I9300XXELLA
3.0.31-899179
Any help would be appreciate

Use supersu there's an option in the app to temporarily unroot.
But still wrong forum,questions should be posted in q&a or in the proper thread if u got a bug/feature report/request..

I have tried to use the temo unroot. but no use. It still detects my root. But when i choose unroot function, it alow me to play.

[Q] Big problem with messaging app after 4.1.2

Alright on my xperia S right after update the messaging app became so painfully bad. It saves drafts of messages that i already sent so everytime i come back to a conversation i end up deleting my last message first. And sometimes it just says "sending message" and just stays there. The only way to unfreeze it is to go into apps and force stop or restart the phone, both options are extremely annoying. I dont really want to deal with a non stock messaging app so if somebody knows how to fix this problem please let me know
Btw im really sorry if im posting this in a wrong place, feel free to move it anywhere it belongs

This is the wrong place it should be in questions, but none the less I have go SMS pro and it does the same thing on my ion on 4.1

sense 5 app drawer folder bug...?

I spent ages yesterday moving all my apps into custom folders in the app drawer and when I switched my phone back on thismorning half the apps had taken themselves out of the folders and were "loose" in the app drawer! very frustrating!!
it seems they were all the apps from my virtual sd card, which is a lot as I try saving space by moving them off the phone storage.
can anyone else confirm this bug? is there a fix?? this is a massive problem as I cant redo my app folders everytime my phone gets reset or turned off and on again! it takes ages! HELP!

the fix is instead of making many threads make one thread and point there your questions/issues....and not in general forum you have to ask in Q&A ....atm no fix so wait until htc release next ota!

ok, apologies. i asked in the update thread but noone responded. will probably try a factory reset to see if that works...

the phone has enough memory to keep apps on phones storage ...i think about 6,7 GB or so? ...if after factory reset still not workign wait for next update from htc...they have to fix many things...
