Unzip the zip and push the SystemUI .apk only, but you will lost so many mod from this rom,
sense 4 , center clock..
For normal trebuchet, get it from CM9 zip unzip it.
Edit : push SystemUI.apk and the Power_Widget_settings.apk also

Man this is the best rom until now !! Congratulations !!!

- Reboot will take about five minutes
- Done reboot, just skip all setup wizard, you can do it later
- Go to SystemSettings - About phone - do tap five times build number to enable Developer Options
- Go to Developer options - change all Animation scale to 0,5 ( only in Bean Kat v 1 , v2, v3 , not in Bean Kat Final eol )

Flash recovery through Odin, i recommend TWRP, then flash this ROM through the recovery. You should be fine but always make sure you have a back up if something goes wrong (this can be done in the recovery). Hope this helped.
